Lots to see and experience. Dog friendly

There are alot of homeless people in the salt lake downtown area. And there are lots inside the library.

They allowed me and the fur baby to come in and we took a ton of photos

Do not know what professional photography rules are but I will say this would be an amazing space to photograph a variety of clients

Staff was amazing. Friendly and helpful

Small stores along side but most were closed

This convention center is in a nice spot. The area is very clean and feels very safe. It seems pretty new and a good place to have a meeting.

The center offers free assistance learning to use the Family Search app. They were so pleasant and patient! All the Mormon people were pleasant and welcoming.

It would take a long time to explore all of Salt Lake City. I would begin with a light rail ride, pop into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Tabernacle and visitor's center at Temple Square in the heart of the city. A visit to the Great Salt Lake is a must as well as the canyon drives that emanate from the city (five of them, all beautiful).

Books, microfiche, microfilm, software programs on over 100 computers are there for the research on your family tree. Staff are so welcoming, friendly and knowledgable. Vending machines are in the Snack room. Make sure you start your family tree on family search.org. Ask for an iPad at the desk on the main floor and go to the screens and dock your the iPad to find where you are from and what famous ancestors you have.

Delta needs a better or an additional club at SLC. Club is very overcrowded. Wish they would not give everyone access to without earning it or paying membership for. I am happy to pay for membership given the amount of travel I do on Delta, but I have also earned access via the dollars I spend on flights. It’s becoming this way at many airports. Please also tell customers when you will put in a Delta One lounge at SLC. The long waits to get in, even with DM/360 status, no seats once inside, and the over eaters, over drinkers are making it an unpleasant experience.
