It was amazing to be so close to these wild wonderful creatures. Jen was so knowledgeable about the herd and their history. Took some time to get to the west desert and traveled on graded dirt roads, but the scenery was also majestic. I want to go again! - Joan PNashville, TN53 contributionsThere is no way I can pick a favorite part. From Neal's arrival to pick us up until our drop off, our day was better than we could have imagined. After I booked our day, Neal called to get familiar with my family. As a grandmother, I wanted to give my 12 years old grandson, my son and daughter-in-law a day to remember so I told Neal we were an active family, but not big time hikers or climbers. He made plans that were perfect for us. Also, when I called him last minute and told him my 19 year granddaughter had decided she wanted to join us, he said no problem. Neal was so knowledgeable about all the local secrets and spots in The Arches National Park. Lunch was not your typical box lunch. Sooo good! He was also a great conversationalist and kept us all entertained on our drive from Salt Lake City to The Arches. By the time our day ended we were like longtime, old friends . Also, he took phenomenal pictures for us. Don't hesitate to book Neal and his company, Desert Solitude.
