Today I had the best facial ever.

The Spa started with an average Massage (can‘t remember the name) and ended with a devine treatment by Vanessa.
She has golden hands and you can feel, that she loves her job and is 100% professional.
    Thank you so much!

Love the SLC Sports Complex aka Steiner. My family is here 3+ times a week for hockey, and we've had many friends come from out of state for tournaments that have had nothing but good things to say.

Plenty of parking, well maintained, and clean both outside and inside. The inside is modern and clean. The information desk at the front can direct you where you need to go. Locker rooms for both men and women, as well as areas for families with younger kids, too. There's an indoor and an outdoor pool, a gym upstairs with plenty of equipment, and two separate ice rinks for open skate (skate rentals just past the entrance area), figure skating, and hockey. One of the rinks has stadium seating & is used by the University of Utah team. That rink also a great walking area/"track" around it, and you'll see people walking the loop pretty much all day.

I search for a retreat that would focus on nutrition, exercise, and weight loss. All I could find were boutique places with fasting, spas, body wraps etc. So, I was very excited when I found Unite.

I am a 58-year-old female 5’2” who weighed 179lbs. I was dealing with post menopause weight gain. I had lost weight in the past, but menopause has been making it very difficult to lose. I needed a reboot to get my tail end in gear. Unite was the answer.

I spent a week at Unite and followed the program to a T. They provide all the meals and scheduled all your days. In just a week I lost 2 pounds and most of it was fat. Oh and the food AMAZING and healthy. Chefs would come out at meals to tell us how they prepared dishes.

The program gives in-depth instructions on exercise and nutrition. They provide a variety of exercise so that you can figure out what activities work best for you. You will hike on some of the most beautiful trails and make great friends. The trainers are amazing: informative and fun. Take advantage of some of the added services like massage, Physical Therapy and Life Coach.

I did not think a week would be enough and I was jealous of all the folks staying longer, but it worked. As of this writing it is one month since I attended Unite and I have lost 12 pounds.

They send you home with a great app and all the information from the retreat. You will have the tools. All you must do us is them.
I would definitely recommend this retreat and I hope to back someday with my husband in tow.
