- Mary EOlympia, WA24 contributionsFlying out of Salt Lake, my friend and I decided to take a chance on lunch at Wasatch while waiting for our plane. What a nice Suprise. We could sit down and be waited on and the food was good. The glass of wine was good too. I had the poke bowl with ahi tuna, avocado, and mango. Yummy! The restaurant is on Concourse B. They have regular pub fair too and the also serve breakfast.
