This is a fantastic tour. The right balance of delicious Utah centered food, city and state history, and very interesting stories. Ray is an amazing foodie and professor. Highly recommend Beehive bites.

Very cool experience. Fun to select the various botanical inclusions and taste and smell the product developing throughout the process. The drinks and charcuterie along the were also very nice. I would recommend doing this with a friend or group so you can share the tasting of your separate creations together in the future. I will recommend to friends.
I have recommendations for improvement, but it was well worth the $130 for the 2.5 hr experience.

Great guides with a wealth of knowledge. The guides make sure you are comfortable and stay with you the entire time while offering as much information you want to hear. If you can spare the time, I would recommend the tour.

BONUS! you get to have some beer!

My husband and I went there for the first time while vacationing. This restaurant was recommended to us by two of the locals and so we decided to try it , and we’re glad we did. He ordered the Chicken Parmesan and I ordered the Chicken Carcifofi. We also ordered two different appetizers, the stuffed mushrooms and a side of meatballs, and we’re glad we did. He liked his Chicken Parmesan and would give it a four 4️⃣. He said the meat was perfectly cooked and it was moist. He also liked the flavor of the sauce that went with it. He LOVED the stuffed mushrooms because of the cream sauce that came with it. I ordered the Chicken Carciofi and I did not like it very much. The cream sauce was a white wine cream sauce and it just didn’t taste too good to me, but my husband really enjoyed it! I liked them their marinara sauce better and found that out with our side order of meatballs. It was really good and I would probably choose something with marinara sauce if I went again, however, my husband would choose something with a cream sauce. We both LOVED the rolls with the olive oil dip, we found them to be delicious.

The restaurant itself wasn’t too fancy, but the food was good. I think if we ever went down that way again, we might go there and dine on some good Italian food.
