We had an awesome time on the segway - Mike was excellent - knowledgeable and enthusiastic and of course the food was fantastic.
We took a basic walking tour beginning with Betsy Ross and ending with a drink at a local pub.

We had delicious beer samplings at each stop and we also had great food pairings at 2nd Story.
Anyone who liked to drink beer and have fun should take the Philly Brew Tour!

Our family of 4 spent Mothers Day 2017 taking the Free Tours by Foot guided food tour of the Italian Market in South Philly and it was fab! Jenn, our guide, was local and knowledgeable about the neighborhood - and...
She has a passionate interest in this area and conveyed that through her stories of the history, politics, food, outreach and arts of this area (the murals and outdoor art--wonderful!!!).

I loved how everyone had great pride in their business and was willing to share it with us! Highly recommend if you love food and little bit of history!
And a free happy hour drink at the end!! Wear good shoes...lots of curbs and cobblestones.

The tour is perfectly designed: the selection of food is delicious and varied, it gives you a very good overview through tastings from local, family-owned shops.

They have a number of food and drink tours, and I highly recommend it as a gift for visiting friends or for fun locals to explore their city.
The pace of the tour was just right and we enjoyed seeing the city and eating really Fabulous (and very generous) samples of its iconic food while learning about the history and culture of Philadelphia.

We stopped at Yards last Friday around lunch time and we really enjoyed it..! They have a great selection of beers and the food is both interesting and delicious.
Plenty of free beer during the tour, but it's also a nice bar to just relax and drink with friends.

The best of the bunch was the Bees' Knees, traditionally made with bourbon but here with barrel-aged gin that lent a rich and complex note to the drink.
The drink samples were fantastic and the food and cocktails at the bar were great too.

We sampled turtle soup, butter cake, peanut chews, Bassett ice cream, and Amish pretzel as we learned about history of Philadelphia, the food, and the Reading Market,
Carolyn gave great background of the building, murals, food stands, and the unique flavors of Philly.

Delicious food and excellent city info from a native Philadelphian.
The food was delicious, however, it paled in comparison to the enjoyment of learning so much about that great city and all of the sites we took in.

Our tour of 5 were able to explore several awesome spots with Jamie, sampling delicious food and learning about the history of Chinatown.
Whether you're a native Philadelphian or a tourist to the town, I HIGHLY recommend Jamie's food tour as an unforgettable and truly unique experience!

I have done the Philly Wine and Food Pairing class where we tried a few different wines and paired them with some Philly food favorites like steak & cheese, peanut chews, and tasty cake!

We had lots of fun, learned a little more about Philadelphia than we knew and ate some really great food.
My wife and I try to make a food tour one of the ways we learn about a city we visiting for the first time.

At the first couple breweries everyone wanted to do the full tour, but by the end some of us just wanted to sit and drink beers with the brewers and that was completely fine.
You can't beat the value - basically all you can drink, transportation, plus a meal (and Philly pretzels)!
