Up above the hustle & bustle of NYC, this offers the tranquility one does not expect in such a vibrant city. Well worth a wander.

This place was amazing. Very moving and really well done. Very respectful. Can't believe I got to hold things that were kept from 9/11. Highly recommend

Being a massive friends fan since it started. I was visiting NY for a few days and this was on my list to do. It’s a relatively easy walk to get to thanks to Apple Maps it’s just like it was shown on the show. Obviously I had to get the iconic picture

Nice museum with some works well hung and with clear labelling.
We ate in the Frenchette restaurant at the museum and this was disappointing especially the spaghetti which was oily and over salted. Friendly service but over-priced.

I was amazed by this region. Instead of vast buildings, there are small, attractive structures. Friends Apartment is also located in this region.

We enjoyed this little park. The first time we were there they were setting up for a free concert. We enjoyed walking through the park and thought it would be a great spot for sunset. We found ourselves back in the area a couple of days later around sunset and went back to view. This is a great place for sunset, a lot of other people also had the same idea. It was much more crowded the second time and the concert that night was about to begin. With better planning it would be fun to go for sunset and then attend a free concert. Next trip!

This place is a gem! Enjoyed by locals and tourists alike, it's 4 miles (that further connect to more park areas) of sunbathing, tennis, pickleball, restaurants, biking, and more. A fantastic way to have a relaxing day in New York City.

The Museum of Illusions is a very short, interesting museum. It is small and will take you less than an hour, but I’d say it’s worth a visit. There are some cool photo opportunities that will mesmerize you in every way possible. Each room has a different illusion. Whether it’s multiple mirrors, slanted rooms, or just illusions in general. I recommend visiting here.

Pier 45 is a very long pier with a great view of the skyline. There weren’t many people there when I went, and it can be quite windy, but there is a great view of New Jersey as well as the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

Fantastic Jazz venue - small and intimate. Saw the Village Vanguard Orchestra who were superb. Teenage son who is keen Jazz enthusiast said this was his highlight of NYC.

This is a branch of the New York Public Library. What makes it worth visiting is that it looks like it had been a church in the past. The outside looks like a church and inside there is an interesting winding staircase with some pretty stained-glass windows. This is not really worth going out of your way to see, but if you are in the area, it is worth stepping inside for a few minutes.

The famous actress, Carrie Bradshaw’s apartment from the TV show. It’s only an apartment and really boring. Not worth going out of your way to see.

It helps to get tickets in advance because Smalls is small. They take walk ons but you usually have to sit in the back. It is not handicapped friendly. It has winding steep steps. They have a lot of great jazz musicians performing there. It is one of the clubs we usually frequent. There are many jazz clubs to choose from in NYC. Subway is the cheapest way to travel there from your hotel or wherever you are staying. Taxis are outrageously expensive. $39 to go 2 miles in heavy traffic.

We visited the Stonewall gardens as a family. Our daughter has a picture book on Stonewall, and it was important to us for her to be able to make a physical connection to the place. Suggest using the QR codes on the photos to look up who the people are as you walk along the fence.

It really is an oasis of tranquility in the heart of Greenwich Village. So many beautiful plants and flowers. It was quite thrilling.
