    The whole experience is worth it
    Very well organized. Courteous staff. Just don’t accept the 2 bogus locker charge that they force down on you when you arrive.

    Top notch trip
    This is a fantastic experience that I recommend to everyone. The staff are super helpful and friendly which helped a lot as my wife was very nervous. The flight was spectacular and our pilot ready to answer questions (better than having a recorded guide) as well as providing pointers during the trip.

    Overall a well run company delivering an excellent experience.

    Nice night ride around iconic landmarks
    The place was easy to find, the carriage driver was quite friendly although he didnt speak too much english, allowed us a lot of photo opportunities with the horses

    Blanket was provided but we didnt need one. It covers a standard route which is filled with traffic :( but hey thats NY i guess. If you wanna play tourist and the see the beautiful lights of downtown Manhattan, this is one activity to take.

    Carriage has plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 teenage girls. I have to sit facing the back though but since it is open air it was ok

    Lovely tour
    Fabulous tour of the park. Carriage driver was very knowledgeable and clearly loved her animal. There's a lot of negative press for the welfare of these animals, but this lady her her own horses and adored hers.

    Amazing Customer Service
    We haven’t even been on the tour yet but felt so compelled to write a review about the customer service! I had been soo excited to book the flights that i had booked the wrong dates, thank fully Traci made sure that everything was rearranged and correctly booked! Can not wait to get to New York and see the girls go on their flight x

    Incredible views of manhattan and other five burrows. Pilot explicitly helped recognize all lamdmarks.

    Carriage Ride through Central Park
    Natasha greeted us and informed us all about Sally the horse, and the care given to the horse. Along the ride she gave us history of Central Park and of all the sites in the park. Our driver pointed out the buildings bordering the park and history of what we were viewing. We thank Natasha and the Carriage Company and TripAdvisor. Well Done!!

    Fantastic walking tour of Central Park NYC
    Excellent walking tour of Central Park. Michael is an outstanding guide. Very informative and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this tour. We covered so much of central park, with lots of photo opportunities on the way. Thank you.

    Outstandingly first class service provided by our tour guide Alicia at Niagara Falls
    On Tuesday 24th October my immediate family and I (and 50+ other coach travellers ) had an absolutely amazing day out at Niagara Falls from New York City under the care of Alicia and her coach driver team, who kept us safe..
    I would thoroughly recommend our guide, Alicia, to everyone. She was outstandingly knowledgeable and caring to thse travellers in her care

    Great and Informative NYC tour!
    Isaac was fantastic and we got to see and learn so much in our three hour tour! We were only in NYC for a short time and wanted to make the most of it so this tour was perfect!
