Review for their Winter Wonderland 2023: Lovely views with backdrops of the lower manhattan skyline and the brooklyn bridge. Cool concept for those looking to snap some great photos.

I went on a Thursday early evening and it was surprisingly empty. The Fulton Street train stations are fairly close...within a few blocks. Once at the seaport, follow the signs and take the maulitple escalators to the rooftop area.

The current prices for general admission tickets, after fees are about $20-25 per person...which in my opinion is a bit expensive for what you get: access to the space which inlcudes lots of photo ops, lovely decor, a giant slide and a (pretty bad) cup of hot chocolate. I have to say that the decorations throughout the space are well done...main tree area with a skyline backdrop, large Santa's sleigh with a brooklyn bridge backdrop, christmas hallway, the Santa Clase area (Santapolis and Letters to Santa) and Ice Cave.

There is "ice" skating available within a small rink surrounding the christmas tree. It is about $20 per person to skate on the synthetic rink...seemed like fun for those who were skating but it is smaller so may not be as enjoyable on the crowded days.

There are also some VIP packages which include food...I can't comment on that as I only opted for the general admission ticket.

Food, snacks and drink are also available for purchase on site.

Overal it was fun to see, explore and take photos but I can see how this could get expesive for larger families. I think general admission prices ranging from $12-15 would be more appropriate, especially given the number of lovely decorated areas in and around the NYC area people could access for free.

All staff there were very nice...which is always good for a holiday-themed attraction.

We visited this wonderful club a couple of times while on a short visit to NY. A wonderful experience to have an oasis of calm in a very hectic city.

The meal we had was excellent, the service was friendly and the club is obviously proud of its long history.

Pier 45 is a very long pier with a great view of the skyline. There weren’t many people there when I went, and it can be quite windy, but there is a great view of New Jersey as well as the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

This market is a minute's walk from the perpetually overcrowded Chelsea Market. It offers a more limited selection, but when we went there were no crowds and ample seating. It made for a more comfortable dining experience. Nice views of the water and a generally peaceful vibe.

We came across the Pier while wandering by the river. It was dark and freezing when we visited but we sat on one of the swings and watched all the traffic crossing the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges. You can get some great views of the city, Brooklyn and the river from here so it was a great find!

We often sail on Cunard and of course come and go from Brooklyn. So it was a delight to find the historic pier in Manhattan that was used by Cunard and the Titanic. It's history.

Take in the Hudson, the cool October breeze, the lights across the river, the path that hugs the water...all so very pleasant and well done, NY!
