Beautiful sunny day and where better to walk to and explore. Always end up doing a different route and we spent a couple of hours exploring. Plenty of runners again, a guy with a guitar at Strawberry Fields (unfortunately, need some quiet contemplation here) and we sat in the sunshine with three Terrapins on the rock next us, overlooking the lake.

    Happy days.

If you like art and history this is the place for you. Art and history from around the world. See Egypt, China, Russia, and many other parts of the world. It is truly an amazing place. And then there are the beautiful gardens and delightful restaurant. Makes for a great day for yourself or the family.

We so enjoyed going to the top of the Empire State Building! I highly recommend starting with a coffee cocktail in the Starbucks Reserve bar first!

The High Line is must to do in NYC. We joined it on the North-end just off W 30th at the famous pink tree. This experience exceeded our expectations even though the gardens are still recovering from the brutal NYC winter. The walkway is safe and clean. The surrounding commercial and residential apartments are surreal and a real treat for art and architecture lovers. We walked the entire High Line south which took less than 40 minutes with lots of stops for photo opps. There are very exit points along the way. We visited the Chelsea market (also recommended) and took the High Line back to and exited at the Bloomberg building.

The food was mediocre. I was hungry and needed to eat before Theatre. Live and learn…of course, box offices are going to tell you the food is good so you will buy a ticket to their show!

Travelled to Top of the Rock with my wife and in-laws. My mother in law walks with a stick and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful getting helping her through as quickly as possible.

The statue and the museum are 5 stars. Everything else about this island needs improvement. Do not go to the cafe to eat. It's far too crowded and filled with pigeons that sneak in and buzz by your head trying to get at your food. The birds on this island are aggressive, so avoid bringing food if you can.

The views were amazing. Took so many photographs. Neck aches from constantly looking up. Beautiful by night and great landscape views from the Brooklyn Bridge

Okay I'm a native New Yorker and I'm going to do a public service announcement here. If you from out of town and you are with your family of four to six of you. Do not I'm telling you,, repeat do not walk next to each other down the street You got to do a single file. Make sure you wear proper shoes. Do not buy stuff from the vendors that are selling it on the street. Most of those are migrants who are selling illegal or cartel things. There is a lot going on on times square. Have your wits about you. Tons of pickpockets. Always fun to see what's going on. If you have an umbrella put it up high do not put it right above your head You got to make sure you don't poke someone in the eye. And walk fast. We can always tell what there's a person from out of town when they got their camera taking pictures above them walking like a snail and the whole family is walking all across the street blocking other people
