We came to see Wicked and boy were we impressed. The theater was absolutely beautiful, definitely one of the top three theaters I’ve been at. The theater literally did not have a bad seat in the house. The seats were comfortable, you did not feel cramped, plenty of room to be able to watch the show. The aesthetics and audio were perfect. I will definitely come back to watch any other production held here.

The fireworks were amazing, with many different types, colors, and length; we got there about 4 hrs early; I think it’s ok to go a bit later; taking MTA was great; park out of city and take it in

This Theatre has been beautifully refurbished in an opulent art deco style. Amazing venue to walk through just for the experience. We went to see the Shen Yun Chinese Dance company who were excellent.

The music was familiar, the orchestra members did a top quality job of bringing life old favorite music and
the choral group was fantastic. The audience was in high spirits. Everyone was all dressed for the holidays and the numerous children were excited and happy to be there. There are reception rooms for a preconcert meet and greet and generally the experience was tradition and color and music from which to make memories.

My wife and I saw "A Beautiful Noise" on a Saturday afternoon. We had a very good time, enjoyed the play. The employees were very pleasant - as my wife and I were about to go in about 55 minutes before start time, an employee was arriving also, and took our picture, she was very nice. Not a big deal getting through metal detectors. My wife and had drinks, which was also easy. Had to wait a few minutes until doors opened to go into theater.

The seats were rather small - but we were lucky no one on either side and no one behind sneezing onto us. Restrooms were very clean. We were about 10 rows from the front on the first level, excellent seats. Play started about 2:10. Ushers did a good job getting people into their seats.

I went to watch this show since am a huge fan of the Matty in the morning radio show however i was quite disappointed ...He is funnier on radio than on live stage :( Christine Hurley who was the opening act was more funnier.
    I am still a huge fan .

The wilbur is a classic icon but could probably use some upgrade...the seats are quite small and can be an inconvenience if you are seat in the middle of a row..

On a dry day this is always somewhere I would chose to come as I love the music and the general vibe of the place.
The singers are always good and cater for all tastes.
Service was good, various options for ordering, from the bar, online via a QR code or from the waiters/waitresses
The only thing that lets the place down are the toilets and whilst I understand the need for plastic cups for safety it’s never quite the same as drinking from a glass!

It's an old theater - decor, seating and amenities reflect that. Fortunately, the show was really good. Avoid the upper box seats! They may look good on the computer screen, but they are not comfortable for most people over 5' 2". The outer edge seats may have decent views but the inner seats are more than partially obstructed. Staff ranges from great customer service to man'splaining...even though in the wrong about the seating chart, our usher/security was d e n s e and rude.

Loved this experience. Truly. Convenient location, helpful staff, clean and comfortable auditorium and seats. It felt exciting just to be there. Then the sound is incredible. Acoustically perfect. Intimate experience with music and musicians. It’s really a homey enveloping experience with fantastic sound and music and an appreciative, knowledgable audience.

This is a small, intimate theater with fun productions by great casts.

The theater is located on the second floor of a building, and finding the entrance can be a little tricky (especially if the sign is not out on the sidewalk). So don't be confused if it looks more like you're entering an apartment building than a theater!

So far I have seen two shows here and I can't wait to see my next!

For the first show I sat in the $25 seats which are on the edge and towards the back, so you don't get the best view for some scenes (but what a great price!). For the second show I sat in the middle of the middle section of seats and that was fantastic.

The view from my seat in the orchestra was perfect, and the theater has a good rake. Staff were friendly and on top of things. Bathrooms were big and clean. Theater doesn't have a good place for a merch table, which caused some human traffic problems in the lobby. They can't do anything about the lack of space, but need to figure out better crowd control.

Cute Theatre in Boston on Huntington Ave. Easily walk-able from Copley Square and restaurants. You won't break the bank with this night out! Enjoy the show!

Saw a show here this past weekend and it was good. The venue was nice as well with some old charm to it. Probably overpaid value-wise in regards to the show/accommodations but had a good time so I am not mad with myself after the fact. Good place to see a show at the right price.

The acoustics are great, seats have very little leg room even for someone 5.2 inches tall with bad knees that need to be repositioned periodically to maintain comfort. Very little room for others to pass by necessitating one to stand up to allow someone to pass by. The sidewalk crew was disorganized causing clusters of people to stack up on the sidewalk while they checked vaccine cards and IDs in the dark. No social distancing was possible. People were dropping things and getting trampled by those around them who had been given the ok to go in. The lobby was much them same with woman having to have their purses examined and the rest of the crowd stacking up around them with no one directing the traffic flow. The box office staff is not friendly or helpful. It states VERY clearly on their website that parking at the Christian Science Center is $12.00. NO its not. I paid $30 for 2.5 hours of parking. The woman at the will call office acted like I gave her a bloody stump when I gave her my parking ticket asking for validation. Either she is very POORLY informed, doesn't give a crap, doesn't want to be helpful or their website is quite out of date. Similar comments about this price on the Goldstar site reviews of the Berklee Performance Center. Great entertainment, not so great experience getting there. I paid more to park than I did for my event ticket.
