- Marla TKent, WA6 contributionsThe water is crystal clear! It is so warm! The reef must be 200 yards out. We spent at least two hours a day just being in the water. We didn’t snorkel, yet saw lots of fish. Would recommend bring your own snorkel gear. Beautiful sandy beach. Fascinating that the Air Force flies over with a variety of planes during the day.Written July 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - EricChicago, IL5 contributionsThe tropical fish were just amazing and beautiful. Stunning!
I would recommend buying a snorkel set and just enjoy a day relaxing as you view the tropical fish in their natural habitat. It is very refreshing, safe, and calming.

Good place to watch the sunset, although it seems their hours of operations have changed recently, which was a little frustrating because their website says otherwise…
I was told they’re open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
And when they say they close at 6:00 pm, they mean that the WHOLE place closes at 6:00 pm. That’s the lookout point, the gift shops…everything. Kinda sucks, but what can you do?
So to save yourself the headache and your valuable time, I suggest going earlier.

- Firefly5 contributionsThe Sandcastle Guam advertises 4 star hotel quality and expects guests to adhere to a dress code. At least according to their website. But there were plenty of people *cough* Koreans *cough* wearing flip flops etc. Poor manners (letting their kids run around and doing nada about it) aside, why do the staff at Sandcastle Guam allow this? Oh wait - it's because Koreans bring in lots of cash. Sorry! My bad.
PS. That's a textbook sellout move. Good one! /sarcasmWritten October 10, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
