Awesome day out on the water - got to see so many whales! Amazing snorkeling at two locations. Food was delicious too! Equipment provided was also in great condition.

Took the morning cruise to Molokini Crater on Feb 29 ! Enjoyed the big boat, food was tasty, especially the pulled pork sandwiches and choc chip cookies. Thanks to Crew for a wonderful trip ! Big shout out to Captain , who seemed very competent, also relaxed and friendly. To the MC, ( wearing the Air Force jacket ) also very friendly and informative during our cruise. Really appreciated him telling my Uncle about the Waihe'e Ridge Trail. What a hike !! Big thanks all around (:

Fantastic experience. The Circle M paniolos were friendly and helpful. I’m an absolute beginner but was 100% comfortable with my horse and my ride.

All I can say is WOW! Other than getting married on the beach, this was my second favorite thing we did while in Maui. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly. We had some inexperienced and some young riders with the tour group, so it was a bit of a slow ride, but the views were amazing and near the end of the ride, we got to run our horses, if we wanted to.
The instructions given before the tour and before the run were top notch. I've been on other trail rides where they basically tell you, don't fall off, but these guys actually gave detailed instructions. If I get the chance to come back to Maui again, I'm booking this.

Lovely cruise with good food, entertainment, and an exceptionally friendly crew. We even saw whales and a spectacular sunset. It gets very windy above, so skip the hats without chin straps and DO NOT wear a dress or skirt no matter how cute you think you are. You will thank me for this info.

One of the best Whale watching trips we have been on!!! We have gone on a number of "larger" boats that were really fun, but nowhere near this type of experience. The boat is by far the quickest, with the most fun crew and got us right up into the whale action!!!

Thank you to Maui Reef Adventures for an awesome trip!!!

A fantastic experience that gave us everything we wanted. We saw plenty of whales that was followed by information about their behavior. We used a lot of what we learned when we saw whales later on our trip. The crew was friendly and helped make the experience relaxing and stress-free. We had a 5-year-old who was a bit nervous about snorkeling and the team really put her at ease. They gave her a boogie-board with a window to see the fish. The food is an excellent value, and drinks added to the fun. The whole trip was exactly what we hoped for.

We had a wonderful time on the trip to our molokini snorkel trip. We saw whales in the distance. It started out very windy and cold but the sun came out and made the water bearable. My family was there to memorialize my husband who passed away year ago on that date. While one our way back to the harbor, we had a moment on the side of the boat and the captain played my husband’s favorite song. No one knew but us, and it was meaningful! A moment we will never forget! Thank you FourWinds II.

Such a cool place to spend time learning about the local marine life. Great exhibits and friendly staff that you can tell are passionate about the ocean.
It was fun learning more about the fish we had been seeing while snorkeling off Maui. The movie about the humpback whales moved me to tears. It was beautifully done. And the glass tunnel through the shark tank was fun.
Definitely a great spot to explore- we did so on a rainy afternoon. The gift shop is fabulous too! The best tshirt designs on the island.

Another above and beyond expedition during our recent trip to Maui. Valley Isle Excursions, in our honest opinion, is the best way to see this majestic view of mother nature. From the moment we booked online, to the communication right up until 30 minutes before our pick up right at our condo rental, to the drive to Haleakala, it was seamless. Our tour guides Billy and Abe were absolutely amazing, friendly, informative with a great sense of humor.
The lined ponchos were a much needed added bonus and definitely appreciated as the temperatures and winds were quite frigid (and we are from Canada!). Be prepared even with the ponchos - dress in layers.
The breakfast at the Plantation was delish and a great stop before we were returned back to our condo late morning to enjoy the rest of our day in paradise.
We wish Billy a well deserved retirement and all the very best to Abe.

We had a great time! I’m SO glad we decided to go with a company and not drive it ourselves. I can’t imagine navigating all of the turns and one lane bridges. I liked all of our stops and appreciated the amount of time at each of them. We swam at the black beach and in the waterfalls! Charleston was an awesome driver and guide! He kept it fun, friendly, and educational. We had a really nice time!!

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters are very professional in organizing their tours. Our tour was initially cancelled due to the high winds that were affecting Maui but we asked to reschedule our tour for the next day and the call center operator was very helpful in finding us the tour with the same front seats one day after our tour was cancelled. The company is very professional and we felt very safe during the flight. The waterfalls of Maui and Molokai and also the view of the highest sea cliffs in the world were the highlight of our tour. We felt very safe during the flight and we highly recommend the tour to those visiting Maui. We are looking forward for another tour with them either on Kauai or Big Island when we come back to Hawaii.

Because of the way our overall trip itinerary worked out, we were only able to go to Haleakala on a Wednesday, which excluded sunrise and sunset tours since those weren't available (on any operator) on Wednesdays. Luckily, the Best of Maui tour was on a Wednesday so we were still able to see the mountain. I think the overall tour was ok, with Haleakala being the highlight - it truly is a sight to behold. The dining options in Makawao were ok, but the town was cute and I wouldn't have minded having more time to explore. Iao Valley State Park was nice but also a relatively short stop. All in all, it was a lot of time in a van. Next time, I may have done Haleakala on its own in our own vehicle. That being said, our guide Alfredo was knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the BEST advice I've ever gotten on how to prevent motion sickness on a mountain climb which definitely did the trick!
