What travelers are saying
- Jim PTyler, TX275 contributionsThe town square should not be missed.
Take the obligatory pic with the antler arch. View the statues. Shop - shop -shop
The Sitka Furrier should not be missed. Sarkes is great to work with and has some great things. Our daughter is on her second pair of handmade house slippers.
The Pendleton Shop has a great staff and are very attentive. You will not be sorry you stopped in.
Lots of other shops are also around the square to speak to every interest.Written 18 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Leslie647 contributionsWalked the whole refuge. Wonderful scenery and wild life. Easy access and no charge. Historic buildings on site and large boulders to sit on for a break. Highly recommend.Written 18 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Jim PTyler, TX275 contributionsDuring our recent visit to GTNP, we stopped in at the museum. It is very well maintained and is wonderful to visit.
Just the room dedicated to @grizzlybear399 is worth. This is likely the most photographed bear in the park.
The exhibits are well displayed. Take in your headphones and you can use your smart phone to narrate your tour.Written 18 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Anne OArgyle, TX3,689 contributionsThis section of the park commemorates the contribution of the Rockefeller family to making this wonderful national park possible. A small visitor center offers insight into their appreciation of this land and ultimate donation to the country. Walking trails provide beautiful scenery. Parking is limited, so get there early.Written 29 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- pzeck2018Chapin, SC37 contributionsGreat experience with RM rentals. Slight hiccup when we arrived and they showed high level professionalism by quickly rectifying the situation plus. They looked all over Jackson hole for small items that were missing from the rental house and could not have been more accommodating.Staff and management are exemplary for other rental agencies--highly recommend themWritten 24 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- RCTGJTGrand Junction, CO51 contributionsThis is a great area to view wildlife. Elk is the most common, but you can also see antelope (as the name indicates) and occasional bighorn sheep.Written 10 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- KateSHot Springs, Arkansas, United States4,102 contributionsA must-see while you're in the area, just because the town is famous for them. Really unique, hard to get your mind around just how many antlers make up each arch. Good for a few photos & about 10 minutes of your time.Written 22 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- Taryn -TABSPDXPortland, OR75 contributionsThe perfect afternoon with a view.
If you're looking for well rounded wine, with an incomprehensible view this is the perfect afternoon.
We took in the beautiful scenery, enjoyed the note worthy wines (joined the club) and spent a memorable afternoon with Maggie (wine woman extraordinaire) and Darby and fun loving lab.
Simply put, I would go again tomorrow, and the next day, and the next.Written 4 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Tricia BWisconsin340 contributionsWe visited on Sunday, July 4th. I would have liked to see the inside of the building, but there was a late morning service going on that we were unaware of. The public is welcome to attend the prayer services offered. This would make a beautiful, quaint wedding spot!Written 13 March 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Joseph RobbaCharlotte, NC2,057 contributionsOur kids enjoyed the playground, the rock climbing walls, and we enjoyed the many shade trees to sit underneath.
