Short drive from Manila but be ready to face the traffic. Students and seniors are entitled for discount so don’t forget your ID. Great place with Greece like theme with restaurants in the compound. Several separate rooms with paintings, sculptures etc spend like 4-6 hrs roaming around until my parents can’t walk further. It was great art experience for us appreciating how artistic Filipinos are.

This is the biggest experience i ever had,we walk a lot in a muddy trail that full of stone rocks trees and views, it is hard and difficult especially when it’s first time to walk on a trail but when you reached the place it’s amazing views clear water at beautiful rock formations,I really love it

the peace and quiet is calming. the great image of the smiling Mama Mary while holding the infant Jesus is a sight to behold. this is my second time to visit this pilgrimage site but this is my first time to actually get inside the structure and felt the solemnity all throughout the place.

there was no entrance fee but parking costs 50 pesos. no time limit to explore the whole place. a restaurant offers good food. a souvenir shop is situated near the parking area while another one is located at the side of the huge statue.

the Church at the foot of the hill is also worth visiting. the architectural design is tastefully done. very conducive for worship and prayer. regina rica is attracting a lot of tourists.

The place had a wide range of animals. Although, there must be a map to go around for the visitors would not be lost roaming around the huge area of the zoo.

We attended the 8 am Sunday mass and my advice- better to go on a weekday. However there are kids who guide you to a parking spot with the request that you buy from their family store the usual kasoy (cashew) and suman (sticky rice wrapped in palm leaves) delicacies in Antipolo. We bought a lot!

The church has outdoor seating for the pilgrims since there is an indoor capacity requirement. The sound system was really good and I observed the attendees to be very devout and pious. It was solemn.

At the rear of the church one can go up a flight of stairs to pray up close to the virgen dela paz. Very organized.

Always a pilgrimage must whenever I am in the area.

Marvelous day in the mountains. A guided hike took us to the top of the mountain for marvelous views of volcanic mountains. Then back down a different route through the jungle. Lunch was a Filipino selection of chicken and rice, veggies and other delicacies - all delicious! Then we had our choice of spots to rest and relax before the next adventure - a walk through the village to the river for a waterside/river crossing hike. A full day of peace and quiet in the mountain jungle.

This is quite a place to spend time with friends and relatives. One can experience something that's once in a lifetime. Retreat, place to adore, contemplate and adore your Lord and His Mother. A wonderful place for expressing your feelings towards the Creator.

Water is very cool here, though some parts are really deep so be very careful. All Natural :) The hike is somewhat tiring haha.

It's the new Antipolo cathedral. Popularized by the "One More Chance 2" movie, its airy ambience surrounded by the lush forest make it the perfect wedding venue.
