Sorry, but it was a pretty negative experience for my wife and me. We purchased tickets in advance, received the communications with our ticket info, and went to the starting location. Then things came to a full stop. We redeemed the tickets in the Let's Roam app, as instructed. But once we started, it never allowed us to advance. We took our starting photos, saved them, and the app wouldn't go any further. No matter what we tried, it kept coming to the same page, wanting us to take our starting photos. We called the support number 3 times, and of course they were closed, at 8:45 on a Friday morning. We left a message to call us back, but no one ever called.
So, we're out our 2 tickets and never got past the starting point. I wouldn't waste your time or money on this one.
