Good selection of stores and the atmosphere of the shopping experience was positive. Outdoors, but reasonable shade.

    Visited the big dog side:
Aggressive dogs at a dog park are always a concern. There were about 5 other dogs at the same time we were there with our 6 month yellow lab. All of them came over to join us at the beach area and all got along very well. And nope, didn't see any snakes or alligators. The trees are very immature still and there is close to zero shade, so be prepared for hot sunshine.
Just like everywhere people take their dogs, some people do not clean up after them, so be prepared for some extra piles all over.
Bascially, well maintained and a good place to take a dog.

LSC -Cyfair has a great Center for the Arts with
students who excel in Departments of Drama, Music, and Opera Workshops. I’ve attended several events at this community college which offers affordable ticket prices.
Donations are tax deductible when you become a Patron of the Arts.

There is a large Main Stage theater, more intimate Black Box Theatre, and Bosque Gallery. The school and theater are well constructed and have ample well lit parking in front of theater.

Nice having a nearby local park, with activities for people of all ages and abilities. Playground for smaller children, walking path is paved and wide enough for joggers to pass. Exercise stations are positioned throughout the park for additional workouts. Wonderful butterfly garden as well. Wish their were more trees lining the walking trail to provide extra shade.

This places provides classes for adults in the morning and evenings, it also has 2 kitchens with counters in case you want to reserve it for special events , a little pricey for me when I wanted to rent a room for a dinner rehearsal. rooms are not huge, but it looks clean .

Great park to take a walk in and get lost in the beautiful pine trees, just remember to take bug spray and wear good shoes for walking.

Our granddaughters play girls softball and played here. The fields are in very nice condition. There was a concession stand and the restrooms were clean and well stocked. The parking lot and entire area is well lit which made it feel very safe.

This both shaded and grassy 54.52-acre (22.06 ha) park had 1.8 miles (2.9 km) of natural-surface nature trail. Entrance was free. The park’s terrain was a bit hilly, but the trail itself had easy grades and presented only moderate elevation changes. It was a pleasant walk, but not always as scenic as I’d hoped. The park’s main draw was an 18-hole disc golf course, which plays in about a 2.0-mile (3.2 km) circuit. For amenities, the park had one paved and gated parking lot, a golf course map, and three picnic tables. It had no playground, no restrooms, and no water fountains, so bring bug dope and whatever to drink. Be alert for poisonous snakes, particularly in the woods, and watch for eroding banks whenever walking beside the creek bed. I least liked the lack of restrooms. I most appreciated the absence of litter and the county’s commitment of open space to the game of disc golf.

This small 2.64-acre (1.07 ha) park created a time-warp sensation in the midst of booming Cy-Fair. Limited off-street parking was in small paved lots off Hempstead Road. The park’s primary attractions were its historical buildings – two homes, a service station, a hall, a tool shed, a railroad depot, a general store, and a barbershop. A picnic pavilion had 18 picnic tables. Stone-paved walking paths had easy grades. The park preserved a remnant of a mid-19th century railroad community. The museum’s buildings were only open one day a week, and not when I was there. The Cypress Historical Society’s office was onsite. A nearby Texas historical marker provided helpful context for the place when that office was closed. I least liked the limited hours available for looking at exhibits inside the buildings. I most appreciated the sharing of Texas’s local heritage with modern Texans.

This place is where to go to experience Texas craft beers from all over the state. And of course they do some great brews right in house as well. Good to have the place open once again!

This church is located on the NW corner of Skinner Rd. and Spring Cypress Rd. and is easy to find a few blocks off of Hwy. 290. We recently visited for a service here and were impressed by the minister and the welcome environment.
The church is simple design but laid out nicely in an open feel and everything was very clean.
All areas have easy access and are roomy.
There is a gathering/reception room with a kitchen, a variety of tables and a seating area.
The people were gracious and helpful.
The minister spoke fluently and the young lady who sang had a beautiful, angelic voice.
