Nice pool, trails, and great basketball courts. Also a really cool dog park. They had beautiful memorials to each branch of the service.

This Park is so peaceful. It feels like you could walk forever and get to see Mother Nature all around you. I was surprised it was not crowded.

I visited the sculpture garden while on a Costco trip. It is a whimsical park with many interesting sculptures placed by different families and organizations. It is a great place for family walks!

Want to know how to close out a weekend afternoon? Do a wine tasting at Bent Oak Winery($15 per person) and/or become a member. Obligation? Buy a minimum of 2 bottles at each of three pressings during the year. No additional cost. Bonuses? Come any weekend afternoon for a free glass or a wine flight for you and a guest. And best of all, on the day of a new pressing (3 times a year) there is a free feast with live music for members and their guest. The setting takes you far away in spirit from Austin. You can imagine that you're in a winery in California (where in fact some of the wine is bottled from a vineyard at Windsor Oaks). Other grapes come from Texas vineyards and are pressed on the same day they're picked at the winery off 620 and Anderson Mill. Treat yourself. This is really good wine.Take a spouse or friend. It's the best deal in town.

Expect about 1 to 2 hrs with the family. Although it was slightly wet the trails were clean and developed. Enough space on the trails to keep social distancing. It was refreshing seeing wild life and the bluebonnets blooming.

A very beautiful, casual, contemporary wedding service. It was enjoyed by all guests present, of course!

It was for a certain age ,but boring for some others. Is modern and inviting atmosphere with nice color selection etc.. Increase things for children to enjoy, keep employees on who carefully monitor what is going on there. sanitize bathrooms frequently and all other things children play on or use.

This park is great for the whole family. Many different field to play upon soccer baseball flag football basketball walking hiking and frisbee golf. Well lit and nice bathrooms. The park always have competitions going on (Extol) and the City sponsored. No food spots on sight but 1/2 mile up on Parmer and Brushy Creek is a 7-11. The park is big enough to get some distance to perform a trick. There are two bowls to find your thang to do. My kids love this park and skateboarding here. Two covered picnic tables. Greenbelt and a hidden train rail. Families ( small kids too)couples and sporties love this place.

Right on Hwy 183A in north Cedar Park is a beautiful new shopping area. Stores include Nordstrom Rack, Talbots Outlet, Forever 21, and many others. There were Tex-Mex and Asian restaurants and even a Costco. Parking was plentiful and well lit. Freeway access was nearby. Many hotels were close by as well. We had a good time shopping there. Go check it out!

We visited Milburn Park for a concert at the Pavilion. Milburn Park is a multi-use park consisting of 42 acres of land. Inside the park is the Elizabeth Milburn Pool, which has multiple pools, swimming races, lifeguards, etc. There is a daily fee to enter the pool for a day of swimming. There is also a community garden where residents can rent a space to grow vegetables. The park has soccer fields and hosts numerous youth soccer games. It also has a covered basketball court which is also used as a shelter for community concerts from time to time. In the spring and fall the park hosts movie nights. It is the home of the annual Cedar Park fourth of July festival and fireworks show.

The Pavilion where we visited is a large, covered picnic area with multiple picnic tables and barbecue grills. There are other smaller barbecue areas around the park as well. Next to the Pavilion, which can be rented for events, there are sand volleyball courts. The park has a walking/running trail about a mile in length. Towards the south end of the park is a small fenced in cemetery that was there before the park was created.

I have enjoyed the park, visited the pool and athletic fields many times as well as attended various events at the park. It is a great asset to the city and a wonderful place to visit.

Nice county park, anchored by YMCA Camp Twin Lakes. The Bushy Creek Regional Trail begins here and extends a few miles, connecting several parks together, ending at Bushy Creek Greenbelt. You can fish, canoe, kayak. There is a 15-foot waterfall (Cluck Creek).

New Hope Park is a nice little park made in a flood control area. At various times of the year it is used for baseball or softball practices. It is also a nice place to work on your chip shots or play a little frisbee with your friends. There is parking on the alleyway south of the park and on the side street to the east of the park.

One thing the park is missing however is......shade. It is fine in the winter but could be pretty hot in the summertime - go at dawn or dusk or bring lots of water!

I’m a fairly new shooter and my husband has taken me to a few ranges. The people here are amazingly helpful and supportive. I’ve been to other local ranges where the staff is intimidating but that is not the case here at all! We love Shady Oaks so much, what a great time, it’s the only indoor range we go to now.
