Rolled with the flow as we were behind schedule getting to the lake from Asheville. - Leigh H1 contributionWe rented a pontoon with our family from Eclectic Sun and had a blast. The boat was very nice, new and in perfect condition. Shane helped us get going and pointed out the best waterfalls on Lake Jocassee on the map. He helped us with a tube and knee board for the kids. When it was time to return, Shane was right there at the dock and drove us back to our car. What's great is that he puts the boat in the water for you and he also takes it out and fills it with gas, so he does all the hard stuff for you. This was the highlight of our vacation. It is a convenient place to stop along the highway or if looking for a boat rental or other outdoor lake activities. There are other places nearby on the lake that might be better but they offer several services in one place.
