Sean was a wonderful guide, very knowledgeable not only in wine, but the history and geography of the Valley. Everything went seamlessly and our group had such a great time! I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to find some smaller wineries in the Willamette Valley!

Great, Awesome, Best. Booked a half day with Sean and learned so much - Geology, History, Botany, Hydrology, I could go on. Sean's deep knowledge and lifetime in and around Oregon added so much. Book this tour - you will be delighted.

Sea to Summit was very accommodating. I booked the full day trip including Mt Hood and Hood River. The group was originally too small, so Sea to Summit called other tour companies and added folks to ensure we could still make the trip. Our guide was incredible and had a deep knowledge of the land, indigenous people, and geology. I would have liked to explore Hood River or the Timberline for a bit longer, but we added an extra stop at a winery which made up for it. I took the tour alone, and was concerned I would be the only young person or queer person present. The group was mostly older, but we all had a really great time and the guide kept us engaged with his stories and his responses to our questions.

I had the pleasure of working with Shahn and Joshua on developing and coordinating a client appreciation ski day to Mt Hood Meadows! From the outset, it was like pressing the easy button working with them! I had a group of 9 people and needed tickets, rentals, etc. and Shahn took care of EVERYTHING! It was so seamless and the feedback from my clients on the service was incredible! This is my 2nd year for this trip with Sea to Summit, and already looking forward to a 3rd! Thanks, again, Shahn! Great, great work!

We enjoyed a truly excellent day with Sean touring the northern Willamette Valley. We requested our first two stops (Argyle for sparkling wine, which we found somewhat disappointing, and Dundee Bistro for lunch and Ponzi wines, both of which were excellent), but asked Sea to Summit to suggest a place for great pinot noirs. Sean took us to White Rose, which was just fantastic. Next time I would definitely let them make all the choices!!!
What really made the tour, however, was the fascinating commentary from Sean on topics ranging from a history of the Willamette wine region to mushrooming in Oregon. At the end of the tour, we felt we had a much greater appreciation for many facets of this beautiful part of Oregon, not just their wine. From a logistics perspective, Sean was absolutely impeccable--there was great communication on pick up times/locations and he helped us stay on schedule without being overbearing or intrusive. He even spent some of his waiting time helping us track down a wine I'd really enjoyed but was currently out of stock at the Bistro, and contacted me later with a sparkling wine recommendation.
I've been on a few wine tours, and this ranks as one of my very favorites!

This was the best part of our trip to Oregon. Shane was great! The wineries were top notch and the bus was perfect. He even bought us a cake! #EPandKA
