Perfect spot to stop. The springs are easily accessible and mapped out to walk to. History plaques offer great info. They have lots of picnic tables, pavilions and playground. The stream is nice to see too. Lots of shade and a great nature spot.

The Visitor Center itself is an interesting old building with toms of information available about Saratoga Springs. I signed up for a walking tour one morning and our guide, Tena was wonderful. The tour took us into Congress Park, to various springs, past the Spirit of Life statue in its beautiful setting, and best of all, into the Casino, now the Saratoga Springs History Museum. We've been to Saratoga Springs many times visiting friends, and I was so pleased to learn so much more about Saratoga Springs by taking this tour.

Yaddo Gardens is a lovely place to reflect or stroll around the gardens. It is very peaceful, and the flowers and statues are beautiful. I especially enjoyed seeing all the different varieties and colors of the gorgeous roses in bloom when we visited the third week in August.

Excellent selection of fresh produce and packaged products.

    Many vendors (30?)

Many vendors selling hot food. I saw crepes, greek food, pierogies.

    Very popular.

I was there in the rain; my shoes got a little dirty; the vendors are on the grass, not on pavement.

Stopped in Fri early eve, 10/20/23. Everything was fine, atmosphere, wait staff, then the 'band' started playing. Very loud, very inappropriate choice for a dinner crowd. Just a lot of screaming and the world's worst drummer. Food was great, we'll go back again, thankfully the place is large enough to be seated far from the band. I gave my rating in spite of the band. Hopefully, we just hit that one bad night, really liked the place and the food

FREE! A lovely spot to kayak/canoe from and picnic on. A lovely yet simple park
that sits on Saratoga Lake. Parking above and then walk down to enjoy a day on
    the water.

Nice local art. Has relaxed camps for kids during the summer, but more for fun verses learning techniques.

Do you want to react yourself and learn how good balsamics can be? Stop by their store on Broadway in Saratoga. They have tasting stations allowing you to taste the various balsamics and they’re out of this world good. Oh yeah, they have olive oils too.

This is one of my favorite small bookstores! They have so many great books and so many different sections to choose from. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful to. This is always a great place to stop and look around when in Saratoga!

Great place with a HUGE variety of teas and honey. The honey tasting prior to purchase was great. I walked away with a full bag between honey and tea. Nice staff also.

This is truly such an amazing farmer’s market! It’s also safe to say, it’s the best market I’ve ever been to. There’s truly something for everyone here. They have a great amount of vendors with fresh produce, food and drink vendors, baked goods, crafts, and specialty foods. I also love how dog friendly the market is! Definitely a great thing to do when in Saratoga!

Magical bookstore! My husband and I were in awe of the thousands upon thousands of new and old books that graced the shelves in the maze of rooms. I loved how both old books and newer books sat side by side on the bookshelves.

Every year, I read the 3rd grade students I teach two special picture books about books that yearn to have their stories told: The Fantastic Flying Books of Mr. Morris Lessmore and The Book No One Ever Read. This bookstore brought those books to life!
