- Sara OSchuylerville, NY2 contributionsChristie has been treating me for neck and hip pain and stiffness ... her sessions have perfectly complimented and enhanced other treatment modalities (acupuncture and chiropractic) ... her intuitive sense of my personal needs and body mechanics have helped tremendously!Written 25 September 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Karen BClifton Park, NY38 contributionsHad a wonderful and relaxing facial! The facility is beautiful and everyone does their best to make sure you have everything you need.
I would have given 5 stars, but when we went to pay we had to produce the email we received regarding the Best Friends Special. You would think with the limited monthly specials the receptionist would know what the specials were. It did get straightened out after we had to read the email to her, twice.
We both had a great evening!Written 17 June 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Because of the reviews on your app, my husband and I found decided on the Saratoga Day Spa and had THE BEST massages we’ve ever had!! Our therapists were Erin and Ashley. They were both amazing and we would give them 10 stars if we could! Do yourself a favor and book a massage with either one of these ladies. You can thank me later!Written 19 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

Yoga always brings tears to my eyes and fills me with gratitude and compassion. This class was no different. I placed my mat next to the window overlooking Broadway. The instructor was gentle and gracious and the music was soothing to my soul. Total bliss. Thank you Yoga Mandali for a memorable experience. I hope to visit again in the near future.Written 30 November 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Danielle B1 contributionAlayne and her team of stylists were AMAZING. They were prompt, organized, had such a positive attitude, patient, and just such a pleasure to have around. Me (bride), my mom and sisters, and my 10 bridesmaid all used her team. Everyone looked amazing and had such a great time with the Make Me Fab crew. I couldn't recommend using them enough!!!Written 8 September 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- RKniewelRingwood, NJ81 contributionsThis is a tiny spa in the hear of Saratoga. The location was perfect for me an my girfriends, right off the main drag. The massages were very good and relaxing. They have a small sauna you can enjoy before or after your massage as well. Only downside was the lack of lockers. There was no place to keep any of your things and only two small bathrooms for changing. Luckily, it was just me and 6 friends at the spa but if it was strangers I wouldn't have liked it.Written 1 March 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Flavors to try? The Butter cup and the PBandJ. Try the bee pollen.. Really delicious, but be expected to pay around $7 for a smoothie.Written 12 June 2015This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I have passed it for years but never went in. We thought that having a sauna, a private mineral bath, a massage and facial would be a great 2 hours. The best part was Jenny (the attendant), Gloria (massage) and Angel (facial). All were a pleasure to deal with. I questioned not having slippers to walk back and forth from the room to the sauna, there was no place for my jewelry and no place to lock up my pocketbook. There was no place to refill ice water during the bath and then when it came time for the massage, the table had to be turned twice as the room was too small to accommodate everything comfortably. After the massage, I was just left laying there - I asked if someone else would be coming for the facial as I didn't realize that Gloria wouldn't be doing the facial and Gloria said that someone would be coming in. So, I just waited. Angel came in to say that I could cover myself with a sheet, put on some slippers that were now available and to follow her. She nicely and carefully took all of my belongings to her facial room. The facial was nice and relaxing. As I was getting dressed, Victoria (the Spa Director) walked in unannounced and apologized. She apologized again when I was dressed. Normally after treatments, someone at the Spa will hand you a cup/glass of water as this is a way to nourish the body after such treatments. Nothing was offered and there was nobody to fill a cup. This was a last minute decision to go with my daughter as we had to cancel going to the Cranwell Resort and Spa in Lenox, MA due to a death in our family. I too, agree with one of the reviews that the first thing you see when you walk in is a table with products and prices. It doesn't make for a welcoming appearance. These two hours made for a good conversation over lunch...Written 31 December 2016This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
