What travelers are saying
- rickbrennanrnTrinity, FL602 contributionsWent on a Friday in December, so there were a lot of empty booths. I would guess the place is popping on the weekends and in warmer weather. Good selection of fruits and vegetables, with some decent prices. Several spots to get baked goods and farm fresh meats and eggs. Also, a few booths selling prepared foods and cocktails. Parking lot we used was $1 per hour. There were signs about a free lot for next time. I'd skip the Thursday and Friday trips and stick to the weekends to see more options.Written December 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Sara G.70 contributionsThe City Foundry serves as our Food Hall. The restaurants in the Food Hall must be a local restaurants. They cannot be a chains
Over 100 years ago, this was Century Electric company, a beacon of industrial progress in Midtown St. Louis. This site has been a symbol of innovation and community forever.
The City Foundry has a little bit of everything. It has a movie theater, a putt putt golf spot, retail, office space, etc.Written March 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. They have tons of puzzle options for everyone; kids, seniors - large, small -- even non- traditional puzzles. And there are so many pictures or themes to choose from too. They even have a special end- cap for you to set- down puzzles that you decided not to buy [ so you don't have to return it to the original spot]. I highly recommend this place. It's a little tricky to get to, but you won't regret this if you or a friend (or family member) like puzzles.Written February 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - anderson213Hannibal, MO818 contributionsThe gallery areas are small and since it is summer, the Sheldon hosted their annual indoor mini-golfing event. It was enjoyable nine-holes in which each hole had a theme that connected a local artist with developing a space (and most areas had a theme that was loosely connected with the city). It was a fun time!Written July 14, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Kent VEtterville, MO295 contributionsThe South County antique mall has a wide variety of items and large number of vendors. There is a very good selection of most items. It is a lot better than the run of the mill antique mall.
The staff is very helpful and will call the vendor on any item priced over $100, a really great service.Written September 16, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. we found some items we liked and some we thought were priced a little to high. all in all , worth a look see.Written May 9, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Cynthia ESpringfield, MO141 contributionsI stayed at a hotel near this mall. Ordinarily, I am not big on upscale malls, but I was surprised to find sales here on Memorial Day weekend. It's a smaller mall. I was struggling to find items for nieces and succeeded at J Crew and Athleta. I was also surprised at how good the sales were. Parking was easy.Written May 29, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- rmmheneghanChicago, IL80 contributionsEvery time we travel we look for local businesses/art galleries to support them. We happened on Soulard Gallery and were so happy to explore this lovely place. There were all different types of art. The people working there were friendly especially this guy named Dave. He creates items from recycled pieces and they are incredible. The gallery is located in a cool area with nice restaurants/bars. Definitely will be back!!!Written December 16, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
