    First Class!
    I have worked with Joann and staff at 1st Class Shuttle the past three years and I encourage anyone seeking transportation for large groups to contact them! They are professional and easy to work with. I feel like they are my friends who are looking out for my best interest!

    Thanks, JoAnne, Peggy and staff for helping me make this another great year for our 750 or so guests staying at the Hilton hotels in Branson!!

    Excellent service
    Ryde with us made booking our airport transportation easy. Robert was professional, friendly and on time. The vehicle was clean comfortable and roomy. Will definitely use them the next time I visit Branson!

    Unprofessional and Non-communicative
    Extremely unprofessional and non-communicative! Had been emailing Office Manager since early July to get a shuttle reserved for daughter's wedding. Correspondence from Office Manager was very slow and often non-existent. in September. Thought we were ready to finalize service when I noticed she put the wrong date on the quote she finally sent (even though date was clearly stated in our initial email). I emailed her to get the date corrected and she never replied. I then sent another email requesting a new quote and got a short curt reply stating "Thank you for contacting us but we are booked for September 25th." No explanation, no apology, nothing. Was a blessing in disguise, however, as we found another company that was prompt, professional and considerably less expensive.
    Definitely would NOT recommend this company!

    Not Pushy, Reserves Seats & Includes Addresses
    Discover Branson web site has great prices and a great description of shows and dates in Branson. They honored my request to not call me at work. They actually reserve the seats before they email the vouchers so you know where the seats are. They also list the address of the place where the show will be. Others I have dealt with gave us a voucher but when we arrived we learned the seats weren’t already assigned and we would get seats further back as they were assigned as people came in. This web site was much better to work with. They don’t push more sales on you and don’t insist you must come by their office. Great transaction.
