Love to run and walk around the park solo or with family. The horse and pony riding area of the park is open from 1200 till 1900.

It's been some time since I went to South Pointe church, when I did go I enjoyed Brett, the pastor service, and I did enjoy the music it's very modern and New Day Christian music. I was greeted at the door there are plenty of places to sit. Then I fell into a problem with having to work and particular days that there was no service including Sundays so I started to tith on line, the only rough thing I can say about this church is the gentleman who calls to offer prayer which I did sign up for one time and will never do it again I did not really seem considerate, his words were so jumbled and he spoke so fast I couldn't barely understand his prayer it was over in like probably less than a minute and I don't expect it to last for minutes and minutes or an hour but the compassion was not there. There was just a couple folks I was praying for and myself with my daughter most importantly and it just was almost an embarrassing type of experience more than a helpful and relieving one. I was Faithfully tithing every week. Since my last episode. My tithing has been sporadic if not at all I chose to tithe at another church that I'm a member of out in Plymouth canton, it's hard for me to get to church I do like watching the services I don't think anybody should reach out and try to provide such extensive care and concern in a service if they're not experienced or don't have the compassion in their heart to do so sometimes you may spend 20 minutes to 30 minutes with one person, and maybe 5 to 10 minutes with another but if they're being overwhelmed with too many people to have to call and do phone prayers with cut it back, because this is important for those of us who work, our christians, and members, and expect some type of sympathetic Compassion and just a friendly word of Prayer and understanding is all.

Riverfront nature trails with a info center. Has a little bit of everything, piers for fishing, kayak boat launch, play ground for kids and some short but nice walking trails. The trails wind along the river and very scenic. The center was closed but is brand new and seemed very nice. Its jus south of the DTE plant.

The Down River Youth Performing Arts Center is a very nice venue. The lobby is well appointed and pleasant to be in. The theater is a perfect size. It provides the theatrical experience as well as enabling a close connection between the audience and the performers. The equipment is in good condition and the theater itself is attractive and interesting. I enjoyed the masks that were contained in wall cabinets around the theater.

When going to this theatre take some consideration for parking. It is in a mixed residential and commercial area. There is some parking in the commercial area but you may find it more convenient to park in the neighborhood. It is an easy walk to the theater from throughout the area.

I enjoyed a performance of Willy Wonka. The sound system was very good. The lighting was a pleasure. All in all it was an enjoyable evening and I am looking forward to the next event at the Down River Youth Performing Arts Center.

Had a great time. Room is challenging, but not so impossible you can't get out. Was well run and the lady giving instructions was very clear on how to attack the room. Will be going back for the 2nd room.
