Coldplay concert - brilliant at getting folks in and out, and back to the train station and onto trains. Only issue is that the food and drink queues were terrible and we weren't allowed to bring any drinks into stadium, including water. There was tap water available but I still think that the prohibition on drinks is not acceptable if you are unable to serve people efficiently.

And the rest of Perth is unable to cope with the infux - took over an hour to pick up hire car because the cars were not cleaned and ready for use, even though everyone has booked in advance (and often paid in advance too).

Net effect - government pays to promote Perth as a destination and then folks have a poor tourist experience!

Lovely park on banks of river. Walking and bike paths and lots of wildlife to watch. Makes a great place for a walk out from the Crown complex (and to walk off the fine dining indulged in there!). Beautiful location

It was a very enjoyable evening with plenty of restaurants and activities to keep you entertained. The site is well organised and clean, with a focus to keep customers happy. Recommended and a return visit is assured.

we visited with pre teen kids and not on a public holiday or in the middle of school holidays. I would say from what we saw it gets VERY busy.
having older children they got to ride on every slide. I wouldn't think this is the place to go for just a swim...go to a local pool for that.
this is not a place to lay about and relax either. there is no real grassed area..and it gets hot on very hot days. the slides are epic...very big..very high off the ground and simply not for small children. it is like a blow up adventure world..but I suggest for older children to adults. not for toddlers or little kids.
it was a gr8 time there but note the times it is open.
we thought it was open til like 6pm but it is not.. it is best to get there at opening time because it closes early.
also suggest you take your own food if you are on a tight budget. the food we bought was ok but by now means cheap.

Recently the park has undergone renovations increasing the playground and offering really nice options for weddings and parties.

Honoring the Noongar tribes and first British settlers, this heritage monument is in G.O. Edwards park in Burswood. The circle consists of several stone panels with each presenting a different theme (e.g. architecture, transport, cultural life) in the history of the Swan colony. In the middle there is a bronze plaque depicting the areas where different indigenous people lived according to Yagan (recorded in 1832).

This is in need of a good renovation. Despite this is a great venue situated beside the Swan River and alongside the Graham Farmer freeway.

The grounds are comfortable with lots of areas in which to watch the races.

This is much cheaper to buy at the door than online. The volunteers do a fantastic job, the volume goof and the screen is great viewing from everywhere in the area. Funds go to a great cause.

    Crown Spa did not disappoint!
The ladies at reception were warm and welcoming, I was shown around then able to relax in the steam room and aqua pool before my massage.
My therapist was so caring and thoughtful. The small details like keeping your hands warm in the towel and putting on my slippers just added to the luxurious experience! Thank you ladies.
