The Magic Parlour
#1 of 187 Concerts & Shows in Chicago
We've seen the magic show twice & each time it amazes & amuses us! Dennis is very friendly, funny & a great magician - he even talks to you after the show & shakes everyone's hand.
After seeing Dennis Watkins in Houdini at the House Theatre a few years ago, we talked about attending the Magic Parlour show and we finally--and happily--did so! Fun and amazing!

Lookingglass Theatre Company
#4 of 187 Concerts & Shows in Chicago
Lookingglass' Moby Dick was a revelation--an intimate theater (all seats are good), an energetic and talented troupe of actors and imaginative staging in an intelligent and engaging adaptation of a classic novel.
Live theatre is especially incredible when every seat in the house is awesome for actually being able to see the performers within a distance of being able to see the tear flow or the muscle flex.

Lyric Opera of Chicago
#9 of 187 Concerts & Shows in Chicago
Popular shows sometimes occupy the stage: last year’s My Fair Lady was as charming as it was big, while the current Jesus Christ Superstar was designed for outdoor venues and can only play a few spots in the US.
From the main floor, near the orchestra pit, turn around to gaze at the gorgeous theater and balconies (selfie stop!).
