- Cynthia WFreeland, MI831 contributionsThis nature area is on the edge of a HUGE sports complex. More sports buildings are being built. We were there on a Tues. afternoon and we couldn't find any of the restrooms open, so take care of that before you come. The board walk is almost 1 mile, but off of the board walk there are mowed paths that you can take to walk along other water edges. It was a cloudy raining day when we were there but still saw a few birds. We were asked "did you see the otters"??? no we didn't but they must be a draw. There is plenty of parking for the sanctuary next to the soccer fields and signage is good. We have been to many birding locations this week and were surprised that there were not more nesting birds here. It sure is set up nicely for them, but something is keeping them away. We will return, it was a nice experience.Written March 4, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- David and Sonia HOakland, CA49 contributionsThe environmental preserve was a pleasant surprise - gorgeous birds, great walking paths and a beautiful 5 story lookout tower to climb. We saw an alligator from afar atop the tower and so many beautiful shrubs, trees and animals. This is a great place to bike too- there is a segway company that gives tours in the preserve and I would highly recommend that as well.Written May 4, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. We were able to pet/feed/interact with several different types of animals. The sloths were my favorite! The amphitheater is located within a community park and offers plenty of parking and exits upon completion of the concert. The food trucks offered a wide variety of food choices including lobster roll, a terriffic BBQ, Greek menu, ice cream, burgers and such as well as a beer and drink truck. Bring lawn chairs and be preaped to be totally entertained and fed!Written March 17, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Mireille MT1 contributionThe Director who was also our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, good popularizer and entertaining. Even if the actual museum size is small, I've learned more in that tour then in many big famous museum. We've been there for my 4 years old son but I think adults enjoyed the tour even more. Really well adapted for children with activities for all ages.Written November 9, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BATMAN & CATWOMANLong Island, NY4,074 contributionsConsign and Design has two locations in Palm Beach Gardens and Wellington, Florida. They offer both new and consignment furniture and other home goods. We have purchased from both stores. The Wellington Store is smaller than Palm Beach but offers items with a more equestrian style and flare. The store is located in a shopping center and there is ample parking.Written March 18, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
