- Just be nicePort Saint Lucie, FL4 contributionsErinn & crew are awesome ! We celebrated with an amazing sunset cruise for our 30th wedding anniversary with our adult kiddos & grandbaby! Erinn treated us like family. Beautiful sailboat with all the amenities you would ever need ❤️ and a crew that truly cares about your fun & experience. A definite bucket list item and one we will absolutely revisit again ❣️Written December 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BENZLY10 contributionsWhat an amazing experience. My son just certified with Stuart Scuba. They took us out for two 1 hour reef dives yesterday. The safety briefing on the boat was very thorough. We had a gal double checking our gear and making sure we understood all directions. I appreciated that and as a fairly new diver felt much more confident about the trip. We enjoyed two amazing dives. My son and I had a great time. Benjamin Hadfield was awesome. We will be back. If you are looking for a fun, safe dive ask for 4th Window or Flower Garden both are 60' dives with so much amazing fish and coral.Written October 6, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Anna C2 contributionsI just finished my open water certification with Tim from the Stuart Deep Six. It was as great of an experience as I hoped it would be, and Tim was a great instructor. He made every so easy to understand and he was patient and easy to get along with. And we went on the Miss Jackie for our boat dive which was amazing, very nice and generous people.Written June 19, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - ozcreek6 contributionsWe found and booked Honu Charters while already on vacation in Stuart, FL and wanting something more 'gotta get away.' We were lucky they were available post COVID slow spell. I predict that advance reservations will be needed going forward though. This operator will be in high demand.
Our trip was three nights to Key Largo and it was a slam dunk thanks to Captain Dave and Denise. They are both hard working professionals with an inherent love of hospitality and safety.
The Hosts:
Captain's research began right after initial inquiry > call him. He returned with options of trips and timelines after getting a read on the weather and our wants and needs. This continued multi times a day during the trip always using our input. Denise is an encyclopedia of local knowledge, a fab cook and also a captain! Together they delivered to us an A+ experience that I would not have altered in any way. They are fun and happy people and I call them friends now.
The Boat:
So comfy and livable. Lots of modern gizomos. Spacious living quarters. Variety of seating. Frosty cold aircon inside that is adjustable in your quarters.
The Nature:
Key Largo gobsmacked me. Had no idea such a healthy diverse reef existed in the continental US. But that's all I'm going to say about that. I'm going to keep this treasure private like it was when we visited. Felt like it was all ours.Written June 20, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
