- Jan P10 contributionsThis beach is the best! It’s perfect for anyone - families, small children, for anyone who likes sun, sand and water! I’ve found some beautiful sea shells there that are worth collecting. It’s got a huge area with shallow water perfect for the little ones. It is a clean beach. Lifeguards are attentive. It’s my favorite beach in Martin County!Written July 16, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Tracey N57 contributionsWent on a Thursday in July. Not many people. Very quiet. Lots of shells to step on. - blandboyBettendorf, IA632 contributionsLove the unique rocky coastline. Looks and feels like the northwest. Great place to explore and shell, as well. And the nearby House of Refuge is interesting, too.Written June 8, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Robert SSpringfield, New Jersey, United States48 contributionsNice course at a great price. Played with my wife and really enjoyed this somewhat chalking course. It has a nice layout thru some marshland. Greens are in great shape. Some tee boxes were a little beat up. Overall it was in very nice shape. All employees were super nice and helpful.Written January 27, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Polaroids & Drinkin StoriesUnited States2,426 contributionsVisited in the middle of afternoon during the week. No one else in the parking lot. This is a nice walk through the woods on the shorter side. Entire trail is just a mile. There is a large grass hut style covered picnic area right by a kayak/canoe launch. Some raised boardwalks. The trail is mostly dirt and gravel. There is an off shoot that takes you to dock overlooking the river. Some info signs here and there. I spent maybe an hour walking the entire trail. The only negative is you can always hear the sound is distance of traffic. Regardless this is definitely worth a visit if you are nearby and looking for some exercise.Written February 10, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Harvey SJupiter, United States7 contributionsI have played this course many times since the renovation. The superintendent has done s great job of putting this public golf course in “private club” condition. The greens have been firm, smooth, and very fast. The fairways and tee boxes have been nearly perfect. They recently did extensive maintenance to the whole course. I played it this morning and I am happy to report that the fairways and greens are growing in beautifully. The holes are well designed with a lot variety and the course makes golfers use all their clubs. The entire staff is courteous and professional. The food in the clubhouse restaurant is delicious and reasonably priced. Two thumbs up.Written August 6, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Robert C9 contributionsWe rented a pontoon boat for the morning from the Nettles Island location. The staff were incredibly helpful. They had everything ready for us and went through all the features of the boat including safety and navigation. The boat was in really good shape and we had a fantastic morning on the water! We will be using this location again and would recommend to a friend.Written November 30, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - VSattui1232Port Saint Lucie, FL2,973 contributionsA fairly average golf course. The greens are in good shape and the fairways are decent. The price point is very good compared to other public courses in the area. Nothing too memorial overall. The restaurant is closed so the pro shop sells beer and other alcoholic beverages.Written September 4, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - igolfmanGroton, CT198 contributionsAs a 4400 yard executive course with 4 sets of tees nice place to get your game in shape. Par 66, greens are decent speed. This course has been very busy the 3 times I have played there, a senior golfers spot to go. Everyone is very friendly. There is also a driving range there.Written February 13, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
