- Gilda M1 contributionTake the day and get pampered. The ambiance is fabulous if you're not looking for stale, cold, and uninteresting interior. I drove from North Palm Beach to Stuart (not a short drive) for the experience and will return for more. I took advantage of the Salt Room and an excellent massage by Lee and her magical hands on my appointment.

They loved this award winning location. I waited and listened to the owner man the phones and give some of the “best phone” I’ve ever heard. His wisdom & words were no joke. The hour long experience starts by massaging your neck and back and then move to the comfy recliner chair for your arms, hands, legs, and feet. The massage was gentle but firm and targeted the pressure points, especially in my feet. The studio is spotless and has a pleasant scent, which is all most impossible to do.
The owner Katie is adamant about keeping her baby (the studio) beautiful. The outside is an amazing lush garden and the inside is so warm and welcoming.

They really listen to what you want and make suggestions without pressure to purchase additional items or services and really help the budget conscious.Everyone is very friendly and welcoming!! - Tony S1 contributionI experienced the most amazing and beneficial full body massage that incorporated Thai table massage that included yoga like stretching, myofascial and trigger point release and all aches and pains I was experiencing, all through a day long course in Thai table massage that I took at Suchaya Thai Massage wellness center, by learning and applying and receiving hands on training.
Having just completed the Thai table massage course, from Suchaya Thai Massage, I am amazed at the amount of knowledge, experience, and practical application obtained in this class.
Suchaya was able to create a challenging yet fun environment for learning, comprehending, and applying so much knowledge and so many healing modalities and techniques into this learning process.
From covering every aspect of Thai table massage, chapter by chapter within the textbook, explaining the purpose and benefits of each method, and applying it with hands on training, I am now equipped with so much useful knowledge and so many tools that I can apply to all of my healing techniques and routines.

I’m now using red light therapy post-surgery, and after just two visits, I stopped using my lidocaine patches and my elbow with arthritis no longer hurts. I’ve had chronic pain from, now, 36 surgeries and believe in self-healing versus relying on doctors and medications that often keep you sick, with endless tests that find nothing. I now know I’ve been doing it all wrong. Cell regeneration and enhanced tissue repair are definitely what I’m looking for and will make me complete. If you’re looking to better your health and enjoy life even more, you too should give iCRYO a try. They have excellent pricing—you won’t be disappointed!

Connie is nothing short of a miracle worker. I have never had a facial that gave me visible, lasting results like this. When I returned home to Manhattan, I went to a high end spa to get another hydrofacial - which is a very specific type of facial. It was NOT the same at all. So..... I happily returned to Connie at Bella Skincare today on another visit and got another magnificent facial! She also gives expert advice. The product she sold me last time is now my favorite.
