What travelers are saying
- Globe trotterRiverside, CA29 contributionsAmazing way to spend the day with family. Beautiful clear water and overall feels like you are far away from it all. Nicely maintained.Written 16 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Ginger PYoungsville, NC45 contributionsvery clean park. boat ramps were easy to access! bathrooms very clean. We dropped our boat in to go to Peanut island. very close proximity to Peanut Island as well as, Palm Beach Island. Beautiful waters around Peanut Island!Written 3 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Lennie HLake Mary, FL300 contributionsNot sure I'd call it a reef. The park is really nice with picnic tables and a play area. The water was clear for snorkeling but it's more like rock outcropping full of pockets that hold shells. No living coral but we did see a large barracuda and 4 hogfish. There are rinse stations and restrooms.Written 19 May 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- NicholePalmerKissimmee, FL80 contributionsBeautiful beach with lots of food and drink options nearby. A bit hard to find parking tho so get there early!Written 21 February 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- GuiWongAurora, Canada4,407 contributionsGreat friendly service. Efficient way to cross over to the island. Plenty of space on board. Covered area to stay out of sun. Quick trip across from the main land. Plenty of free parking too.Written 11 January 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- No Passport RequiredWellington, FL93 contributionsThis is your stop before heading out to peanut island. take the ferry over to the island or grab a kayak, paddleboard, or jetski from a private vendor.Written 10 August 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.
- Flagg MDavis, CA13 contributionsThe captain and guide were tremendously helpful. Dives were outstanding. Not having dove for a year and a half, the guide/instructor made sure I felt comfortable and safe. The two dives were in environments very different from each other, and both yielded amazing experiences with an incredible variety of fish, turtles, sharks and coral formations.Written 3 July 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC.

- John19693 contributionsI wish I could give this dive center 1000 stars! I had the pleasure of a guided tour of The Blue Heron Bridge with Paul Petrillo from PVD who was amazing all the way around, from our initial conversation though the end of our dive. His dive plan was exact and precise.
The shop itself, everyone was knowledgeable and friendly and very inviting!
I would not think twice about booking another tour or purchasing anything from such great group of people.Written 27 June 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - KahunacpaAtlanta, GA41 contributionsWent out for a 4 hour morning cruise. - Scott MSan Antonio, FL17 contributionsWas went here Scuba Diving Easter Weekend with my wife's niece. GET THERE EARLY. The parking lot fills up fast. We dived close to slack tide, so the current was very manageable. Water is not really that deep. We were down 62 minutes, and still had 1,300 lbs. of air left. Visibility was not as good as I expected, but there were close to 100 divers at my guess - the bottom got stirred pretty good. Fish must get fed, and they were pretty inquisitive, including the barracuda. Even saw a spotted eel in the rocks. Showers available close to shore. The bathrooms smelled of urine (#3). We ended using the bathroom by the boat ramp - it was a lot better.

Bottom line, would I visit again? yes - but I much prefer the drift diving right off shore - but the cost is higher.Written 19 April 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - conway400Arkansas106 contributionsWe dove the Blue Heron Bridge. The shop is in a super convenient location from the main road and from the bridge park. We had Jeff as a guide and he was wonderful. Very knowledgable, took tons of pics that he shared with us, and cracked jokes from start to finish. Very fun.
Dive shop was nice - very well stocked. Cool shirts and gear.
The dive was great. The snorkel trail was ok. But going under the bridge was phenomenal and beautiful. Saw octopus, seahorses, bait ball, shark, ray, eel - everything. But swimming in the bridge shade and between columns was a blast.Written 21 July 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of TripAdvisor LLC. - Nolateedee504New Orleans, LA14 contributionsHighly recommend kayak snorkeling
