What travelers are saying
- Chuck LFlorissant, MO281 contributionsTHIS IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST SEE AND DO STOP! • WOW! INCREDIABLE! COOL! AWSOME! Those are just a few of the comments regarding the Henry Morrison Flagler Museum in Palm Beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the self-guided tour which provided recorded information to play. We missed the last guided tour for the day. This place is HUDGE and BEAUTIFUL. It is also FULL of history. Not until this tour did we even know who Flagler was and his contributions to Standard Oil and the business structure as we know it now.Written 29 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marty J6 contributionsGreat place to go if you’re in love, photography or sculptures. It was free for a college student. I was there for about an hour by myself. Very well taken care of I would recommend and I would go back.Written 11 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - RetreatsAndEatsNew York24 contributionsWonderful shopping but most of all, we loved strolling in the Vias! Lots of little shops, cafes, and restaurants all hidden off the Avenue!Written 25 May 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Marilyn WMilton6 contributionsBeautiful trail along the Intercoastal in Palm Beach. Stunning views. - wireless_in_CAUnited States4,803 contributionsI decided to get out of my and stretch my legs during the drive to Miami. This church came up after the Breakers Hotel and golf course. Most of the street parking was reserved for some reason so I found a spot off to the side to avoid any chances of getting a parking ticket.
I spent just 15 minutes exploring the grounds as the church itself was closed. The church was built in the gothic revival style and housed one of the oldest congregations in Palm Beach. I found out that it also was a popular wedding location for former basketball star Michael Jordan and a recent ex-US President.
I really enjoyed the garden area in the back. Very green and quiet.Written 21 October 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It is a truly stunning tree, situated just south of the Flagler Museum. The best view is from the water, so if you’re in the area and can view it from your boat, you will not be disappointed. It is a miracle of nature not to be missed!Written 5 February 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- DiverMJupiter, FL555 contributionsThis is a nice beach. There is parking on some of the nearby streets some of which is free but pay close attention to the signs. You can park along the beach as well but it’s pricey as I recall.Written 18 January 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - DiverMJupiter, FL555 contributionsWe went here for the first time yesterday 2/21/2021. After reading other reviews I had expected to have to pay 5$/hour for parking. That is not necessarily the case. There are a lot of spaces in the South parking lot that are free for 2 hours. This lasts October 1st to May 31st. I believe this was for the benefit of the tennis club. Be careful where you park because the free spots all have a sign in front of them informing you of such. There are a lot of other spot where you are supposed to pay $5/hour, minimum 2 hours. Some of these will appear to have no signage but you are expected to pay for those.
When we visited it was a very windy afternoon about 4 pm and there was lots of parking. Note that you want to be on the south side of the park and the south side of the tennis courts for the free parking. I enjoyed the park in that it was somewhat remote, not crowded and had cooking facilities. I would not have enjoyed paying $5/hour when most beaches are free near Jupiter where I live.
I also understand they ticket quickly if you run over 2 hours. I guess you can move your car to another 2 hour spot. No guarantees on that.Written 22 February 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - LUCKY JOrlando, FL725 contributionsKreusler Park is a typical Florida Beach, plenty of parking and clean restrooms. The best part of this park is the location, plenty of bars and restaurants within a stones throw from this beautiful beach.Written 21 August 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TouringTwoTimersToms River, NJ315 contributionsJust off to the right as you leave the gate of the Flagler Museum and follow the path is Flagler's first house, which has been relocated from its original location.
