- Escape000232663873 contributionsTamara our guide was very helpful and informative. A few glitches along the way as the bus AC packed in about an hour away from Key West. General consensus was to keep on going which we did but with outside temps reaching 47 degrees celsius the bus temp probably rose above that figure. Not for the faint hearted as the bus was packed and we all got off a sorry bedraggled bunch. Key West however was excellent and unique, we opted for the glass bottom boat trip out to the coral reef and then some lunch in the La Bagatelle hotel in Duval Street - the Keyline pie is highly recommended. One recommendation for the bus company however - please ask the Drivers to wait until people are seated before taking off as people were thrown about and could have been seriously injured before taking their seat. This happened at numerous pick up points. The airboat ride was great, we were lucky enough to see three alligators which, considering the heat was amazing. It didnt feel overly busy or touristy which we liked. More time to cycle or walkntbe board walk would have been great, although it was probably too hot anyway. This, and sufficient time to walk around exotic, Caribean Key-West - it was worth it. The tour was great, we loved Wynwood and Little Havana. This tour made our day totally stress free. Pickup directly at the cruise port and drop off at our airport hotel. The 5 hours flew past as we got to see loads of parts of Miami we would have definitely missed out on had we not signed up to the tour.

Dominik was a fantastic guide, so knowledgeable and clearly loves Miami and the Everglades. The whole day is well organised and slick; if you only have one day in Miami, do this tour. For the afternoon city tour part, I was the only participant.
