- Rad G1 contributionMy friend was put on the waiting list although lounge was almost empty. When I went back to front desk, the representative told me that he has to wait. He got same card as I did and they let me in right away but not him.
Pretty sad.Written November 24, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. There is the AA Admirals club. A standard lounge to hopefully have some quiet time at the airport.
Then there is the Flagship lounge. This is very good. Lots of seating options, very good self serve food and a nice selection of wine and drinks. AA have put a lot of effort into the Miami Flagship lounge at MIA, and it a very good lounge
Finally the and a bit part. If you are lucky enough to have access, there is another small section in the Flagship lounge for seated dining.

Service is very good.Written October 26, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- OfudoumyouHam, UK11 contributionsAwful food, crowded, not even the room temperature was passable, it was hot as hell.
What a mess. You’re better off anywhere else in the food court.Written June 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Both times, our food related experience was bad being fully vegetarian family. we could get no veg food options at all. Except Salad. Really sad. 02) To compound it, in all flights of JAL during our trips in Business Class, (Delhi-Tokyo, Tokyo LA, NJ-Tokyo and Tokyo-Delhi) the veg food options were pathetic. Also, the round the clock veg food options in Business Class Cabin were "ZERO". (unless we count peanuts as an option). No Banana, No Apple, No other Fruits, No Chips. No sandwiches. (All these are always offered by all good airlines in Business Class. Thus while JAL service was always with a smile and graceful, it did not help, as the Veg food options were not in hands of smiling flight attendants. We really wish we had not taken JAL. 03) Worst of all, both TVs in our allotted seats were Simply not functioning. We start a movie, and it stops in 2 minutes and screen goes blank. We restart it, and go through the same hassle again and again. So we gave up. The Flight from Tokyo to Delhi, the business class cabin outlook, furnishings was not up to the JAL standards at all. It was an Old Airplane. And old upholstery. Anyways, JAL has let us down.Written July 9, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
