- Jodi F4 contributionsWe had a great time riding our bikes on the 15 mile trail. We saw 49 gators and 2 crocodiles. Highly recommend, especially on a sunny day. - Rad G1 contributionMy friend was put on the waiting list although lounge was almost empty. When I went back to front desk, the representative told me that he has to wait. He got same card as I did and they let me in right away but not him.

I am the last person to have décor define my experience, but this is crazy for a city like Miami. It looks like in the 1950's or 60's they built the airport and didn't do anything since. I know Miami has a huge Cuban influence, but the airport doesn't need to look like what I would expect to see in Havana. They need to modernize everything! Also there was garbage on the floor everywhere, and this was BEFORE the Covid-19 started and they needed to cut back their workforce. While stuck out of the country we heard from people who got back before us and they talked about how dirty the Miami airport was. I can only imagine how bad it has gotten with less cleaning crew available. Miami, get into the 21 Century and show a great first impression that I would expect from you. Difficult too for taxis to access and the address is not recognised by Uber, meaning a short walk is often required. There is the AA Admirals club. A standard lounge to hopefully have some quiet time at the airport.
Then there is the Flagship lounge. This is very good. Lots of seating options, very good self serve food and a nice selection of wine and drinks. AA have put a lot of effort into the Miami Flagship lounge at MIA, and it a very good lounge
Finally the and a bit part. If you are lucky enough to have access, there is another small section in the Flagship lounge for seated dining.

Very disappointing, crowded, lack of comfortable seating, poor food quality and choice, ladies restroom out of service, gents badly serviced. Glad to leave and go to gate to wait for flight! I waited for 15 minutes before just going to a bathroom outside the lounge. The drinks are in a fridge but they aren’t even cold.
