Driver was super friendly, the bus was good and perfectly clean.
The journey was smooth and efficient and the driver kindly took all of our suitcases off the bus for us.

It was 30 minutes late from Key West, but we got an e-mail that informed us about this. All of the drivers were prompt and very accommodating. They helped me alter pick-up times for our group due to traffic and add on pickup times during the trip. Working with Carlos and his drivers was the best transportation experience I have ever had. If you are in Miami with a big group Koala Tours is the way to go. I will only be using them when we have group trips to Miami in the Future.
