Driver was super friendly, the bus was good and perfectly clean.
The journey was smooth and efficient and the driver kindly took all of our suitcases off the bus for us.

Although their website was glitchy for me ahead of time, they quoted me and took my reservation by email. We were picked up nearly on time and the female driver was very kind, quick and helpful - got us to the port in no time - even with car seats and strollers. The price was reasonable and better than others I had quoted ahead of time. - Jala Stahle1 contributionIt was Labor Day weekend of 2023. My girlfriends and I had planned a get together in the Keys. After a day at the pool and beach we contacted Dreamride to go out for some nightlife in the area.
The driver arrived well dressed and professional. He offered suggestions of where to go and was affiliated with the area. Once we agreed on 1-2 places we were off.
He asked what we liked to listen to and had an array of music even taking requests.
The night was wonderful and DreamRide always made us feel safe and secure - even waiting for us from our first stop to second stop and then back “home.”
It was a historical Labor Day weekend - especially since Jimmy Buffet passed and we were in the Keys.
I don’t doubt that DreamRide’s next stop was to take Jimmy Buffet to heaven.
If you are in South Florida and want safety, security and professionalism call and book DreamRide.

- Dusti4 contributionsI received a text from Michael as soon as I stepped off the plane and Michael met us within minutes of exiting the terminal in a beautiful luxurious Cadillac Escalade, Michael helped us with our bags and provided amazing service and some great local knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient luxury car service.

- Joanne KKissimmee, FL101 contributionsWe traveled in premium class all 4 of us really enjoyed the experience in general. Everything was very clean, efficient & tidy and the staff super helpful and attentive during the journey. The ONLY thing which is not good is the Uber part of the Brightline App. It does not work. This is a huge issue for passengers as on our outbound journey, none of us could engage the app to work with Uber, so I ended up spending 30 mins with online chat to resolve. They did arrange for the Uber to be there upon our arrival in Miami, BUT, I have found since returning home, I was actually billed for this amount so I am in the process of requesting a refund. For our return journey Miami to Orlando, we were able to access the app the day before traveling and set up the time and location of where we wanted the Uber to meet. However, the app did not move from the confirmation notice, and no Uber showed up so I ended up using my Uber app and making my way to the station. I did have excess weight in my checked bag which I did not realize was a thing, so I could not be bothered to pull out items and redistribute weight and was told it was a flat fee of $20 for the extra weight. I then told them that I had to pay for the Uber out of pocket so it was a wash. They didnt charge me for the excess luggage and I paid the $19 Uber fare. Like I say, all in all a good experience, but if I were to do it again, I'm not sure Premium was worth the extra amount paid. The food offerings were OK, nothing special. We booked Miami Vip to take us to Miami Cruise port and the process of booking was fast, easy and the staff were very professional. Our driver was amazing and very polite. We were going from our hotel near Miami airport to the cruise port. The drivers both directions were very nice - they called my cell phone and told me they were on their way.
* One thing is that the reservation says you've booked a private van, but each direction we picked up other people.* That was fine with us, but some people may not appreciate that.
Pickup at the cruise port to get back to Miami airport was slow-going. Luckily we were not in any hurry. And it was bad weather (pouring rain). The driver called and told us where to meet her. Then we waited for quite a while for another party. She kept checking with us to make sure we had time and would not miss our flight.
Everything worked out fine this time, but I would probably not use this shuttle service again or recommend them.
