This is a good option to get a fairly quick overview of an area. It’s free so you can’t be too picky. The ride was a little rough and both trolley’s we rode, could use a cleaning. It links the parts of Miami that the various train systems don't. It only costs $2.25 and tickets are valid for three hours (great if you need to change buses).
On my first journey from the airport to my accommodation I asked two bus drivers for help about where to get off, and they were superb. After that I got the hang of it!
Two problems. Visitors should go for Easyticket which can be loaded with as much cash as you want. This is different from Easycard which is more suitable for locals. At the airport the two tickets confusingly are on sale from different machines.

Driver was super friendly, the bus was good and perfectly clean.
The journey was smooth and efficient and the driver kindly took all of our suitcases off the bus for us.

Although their website was glitchy for me ahead of time, they quoted me and took my reservation by email. We were picked up nearly on time and the female driver was very kind, quick and helpful - got us to the port in no time - even with car seats and strollers. The price was reasonable and better than others I had quoted ahead of time. - Jala Stahle1 contributionIt was Labor Day weekend of 2023. My girlfriends and I had planned a get together in the Keys. After a day at the pool and beach we contacted Dreamride to go out for some nightlife in the area.
The driver arrived well dressed and professional. He offered suggestions of where to go and was affiliated with the area. Once we agreed on 1-2 places we were off.
He asked what we liked to listen to and had an array of music even taking requests.
The night was wonderful and DreamRide always made us feel safe and secure - even waiting for us from our first stop to second stop and then back “home.”
It was a historical Labor Day weekend - especially since Jimmy Buffet passed and we were in the Keys.
I don’t doubt that DreamRide’s next stop was to take Jimmy Buffet to heaven.

- Dusti4 contributionsI received a text from Michael as soon as I stepped off the plane and Michael met us within minutes of exiting the terminal in a beautiful luxurious Cadillac Escalade, Michael helped us with our bags and provided amazing service and some great local knowledge of the area. Would highly recommend this service for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient luxury car service.
