Coming in and getting cigar advice from someone like Freddy the Senior Manager is the greatest experience you’ll receive from one gentleman to another. Honesty and quality service is hard to find like it is found here. We found Coco Cigars in a neighborhood of choice. Excellent service and variety of cigars. Professional, knowledgeable and courteous. On Sunday they had cigar roller in front of the store rolling fresh cigars. The ambiance was great with cozy outdoor seating. I had delicious coffee while my husband enjoyed his cigar. Great spot for people watching too. According to my hubby, cigars were exquisite. Mario is a true gentleman with a hospitality management background. This place aims to please with their knowledge staff, HUGE selection, and super cool smoking room. These guys carry over 1,100 items in this wonderfully stocked store which has a high turnover of inventory. You will not find stale old dry cigars here. If you have tried the rest in West Kendall, now try the very best! The entire staff are highly professional trained and knowledgeable. May I suggest you try this place? Not only did we learn a lot about cigar making, but we were also able to have hands on!! We each constructed our own cigars with the master roller's assistance. They were welcoming and truly happy to have us there and teach us. Overall, for the money, it was well worth it!
