What a cool experience! It is rain or shine. They provide panchos I would recommend some sandals a water shoes. It got uncomfortable with my shoes being soaked.

Nevertheless, an awesome, education, eye opening experience. They provide a lot of info, visuals, and even allow you to give a snack tot he turned.

Photos and videos are allowed. Plenty of restrooms and parking . Not much walking. Enjoy

We stopped to see the Seven Mile Bridge, which is an iconic structure. It looks nice and you can take stunning photos from there.

Fabulous public beach! Sandy bottom and a long stretch of beach. Nice big playground with covered picnic areas . Bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. I can see how parking can fill up quickly.

Unbelievable fish experience. You have to do this in summer. I fall, jelly fish ruin it. But summer is incredible

You have to make. Reservation online . The center is amazing and the dolphins are beautiful. I did the family dolphin splash but there are several to choose from. The trainers are knowledgeable and enjoy their jobs. I learned new information about the dolphins. You will enjoy the experience.

A walk to the top end of the trail (known as Crane Road in the park) will get you to a lagoon where the little fish give you their famous “fish pedicure.”

The 15 minute +\- video tells a brief history of the area called Crane Point.

If you are staying on Marathon and want to do something locally, it’s not too bad.

We decided to walk the restored section of the bridge and ended up walking all the way to Pigeon Key. What a great little place to visit. Tour guide Ross was great to listen to and told us so many interesting things about the history of Florida and Pigeon Key. Well worth a visit!

We rented bikes from our hotel and biked over the bridge. It was such a cool experience! We saw a sea turtle, several sting rays (one was over 5 feet), and lots of sea birds. We biked all the way to the end at Pigeon Key, didn’t tour it because for us it wasn’t worth the $15 per person even for our kids to walk around it. But just biking the bridge was worth it!

Crystal clear warm water. Clean family beach shallow enough for small children. Pavilions and scrub trees provide shade. Playground in grassy area.

This church community is warm and welcoming. There is a beautiful prayer garden around the outside area. I really enjoyed all the little prayer areas with different statues.

Perfect rainy day stop. Lots of private collection plane models, photos and collections of articles. Fun flight simulator was a hit with my teen. They have a couple of planes and engines to check out. 1 hour. No entrance fee, just a donation to keep museum going. Ed, the volunteer, was informative and enthusiastic about aviation history. Located in a hanger at the airport. We watched some planes land and take off

A great place to get recommendations of things to do, maps, and brochures/coupons! We wanted to see the Key deer and were given a map and precise instructions on where they are located. We appreciated the tips on restaurants and reviews on swimming with the dolphins.

We love to walk on beaches, but had to beware of Portuguese Man of War jellyfish with poisonous tentacles, along the beach. A local also warned against walking barefoot- she stepped on a nail and spent a day in the hospital. So with shoes on, it was otherwise a nice walk with birds, boats, sailboards, and dogs playing fetch in the ocean.
