The museum truly is a hidden gem of our country's history. We watched a long movie at the end, that tied all of the exhibits together. They did a great job at giving hands on things to see and touch, as well as historical short videos to go along with the displays. I just had no idea about the Undersea Demolition Teams critical roles during the D Day invasion, and other battles including in the Pacific. They seem to have been overlooked for so many decades of their existence. The current day Seals have come into their own, but their historical events during so many wars and conflicts, is shown and explained in this little museum.

Fun place to go walk the Jetty, watch the boats, and fish. Beach is not what I would call walkable except at very low tide. But the water is pretty and there are restroom facilities and a place to wash off the sand.

Location, location, location. This park and walking area is located on the water in downtown Fort Pierce close to restaurants. Plenty of free parking and sidewalk out on the jetty is paved for walking, biking or roller blading.

We decide to look around in the store after lunch next door. The small farm store has a good selection of citrus and other goods laid out very convenient and packages available from small baskets to full bushels. Prices seemed high but to each his own.

Great venue about 10 minutes outside of town. Huge outdoor music pavilion. Saw Stevie Nicks / Tom petty tribute band. Liked the white wine mango sangria on a hot day, and the port style was ok.

Soft sand, gorgeous ocean views, lush vegetation, gentle waves. When we arrived there was hardly anyone on the far end of the beach and it was glorious. Around 11am teens started pouring in (it’s a Friday if a likely spring break week so probably not a regular occurrence). By 2pm there were hundreds of teens gathered just where the public beach ends. Bathrooms are average - not great but they are functional. Lifeguard on duty. Would love to come back on a different day than the local rager.

I pick this to do with my two young grandchildren on an extremely hot day. It’s a small but compact aquarium, with loads of information! They do fish feelings and they have a small little tank where the kids can touch small sea animals with supervision. There is also a nice gift shop on site that is not very expensive.

The staff was super friendly and very knowledable. There is a small fee to go in a little over three dollars and is it worth every penny.

I have watched ft pierce rise snd fall snd slowly rise again . It has a vibrant spirit without overdoing it. Done new restaurants snd bars have lifted the dining scene snd there always seem to be something happening here.
The Saturday snd Wednesday markets are well attended snd offer great products.
Ft pierce us a little bit off the main scene which is great with those of us who love it

Laura and Sam were fantastic tour guides they were both so knowledgeable and understood all the aspects of the tour at the Harbor branch facility. The tour was fun and interesting and we learned so many new facts about the research at Harbor branch. It was an incredible experience that we will not see him forget. Their excitement for the subject was obvious and made our trip even that much better

The film was very informative and we learned a lot about Manatees and the area. The
worker also provided a lot of detailed information about manatees. It is not a big place but if interested in manatees, well worth going to if in the area.

We were given a tour by a gentleman. He explained all the exhibits and answered questions. Lots to see. Only complaint was I felt we would have rather walked round on our own, and spent longer on some exhibits and less on others. However maybe it is a security issue. We were impressed with the Center.

We went late March. Not much by way of vegetables or fruit for a "Farmer's Market", perhaps that changes later in the season. Regardless there were many vendors selling art, beachwear, hats, artisanal spices, sauces, honeys, nuts etc. Not much in the way of food choices either, Turkey legs, Gyros, donuts, popcorn, fish dip, and I had shrimp tacos (2 for $12) fresh cooked and delicious. Worth the trip. Plenty of parking within a few blocks.

This is the first time we have been to the Sunrise Theater to see a show and were very pleasantly surprised. The theater was very nice and clean all the ushers very pleasant and the seats were comfortable as well
The only thing is the air conditioning could have been better especially when you have a full house!
The Ron White show was also very good he is such a great comedian and showman…. Am happy we got to see him as the end of 2022 he is retiring from stand up comedy

What a beautiful place to visit. There’s an awesome bonsai garden. Rainbow geckos galore…fun to watch! Nice to enjoy some quiet time sitting on one of their many benches.
