#1 of 10 Nature & Parks in Destin
Nature at its best... Loved it..... Enjoyed the beautiful beach, and the amazing views....
However, If you like your own private piece of beach where you can gaze at natural sand dunes, watch sea gulls dive for fish, and walk long stretches of uncrowded shoreline, then you will LOVE camping in this park.

There is a free parking lot on the opposite side of the road a couple of blocks down you can drop off your peeps and then go park or everybody can walk.
If you're looking for an amusement park and foreign seafood, you might just as well have stayed home and saved the gas.

The park is always nicely maintained, has some shade for those hot beach days, has several benches for us less active owners, and has lots of space to freely run and play if this is what your dog needs!
Our dogs, Prancer and Sydney, loved the dog park in Destin!! Very large and spacious!! Some shady areas for their humans to hang out while they ran around...

If you go by car you will have to find someplace to park, they really don't have a good parking spots for the over flow at the condo's.
