- fozjonJaipur, India1,965 contributionsthe tram tour of the gardens was quite good. The butterfly house wasn't the best I've been to (I've been to a few). But the very best part of this visit at the gardens was the up close time with the semi-domesticated flamingoes and ducks. Never been that close to real flamingoes.Written March 1, 2025This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Jude S1 contributionWe rented the Patio at the Park Ranger's Station for a bridal shower last weekend. (NOTE: There is a large room inside for bigger crowds and receptions.) The staff was very helpful in squaring it away for us and paying for the parking in advance for all attendees. We transformed the patio in two hours! Most people had been to the park many times, but never knew the patio even existed. It was perfect, and had the most perfect weather. I've attached photos of before and after!Written April 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Rhjones69Apex, NC405 contributionsWhat a destination experience! Beautiful plants and nursery. Really enjoyed coffee and empanada at the cafe. Visited from N.C. - Donna WFort Lauderdale, FL352 contributionsWe have been to other shows recently and this one is the best. Very informative and entertaining. - Nomad337630225251 contributionI had no idea what was going on, but a man who was working there, someone I later learned was Dublinese (an unusual and difficult-to-understand dialect), suddenly became aggressive and unprovoked. I was minding my business, trying to interact with some animals when he rushed toward me, and without any warning, BIT my hand. Yes, you read that right. This grown man—who was supposed to be an employee—bit my hand.
I was in complete shock. I tried to pull away, but he held on for a terrifying moment before letting go. It was clear he had no regard for personal boundaries or basic decency. I’m not sure if this was some sort of twisted joke or if he was just out of his mind, but I immediately had to ask for help and get away from him. The staff did nothing to stop him, and he seemed completely unrepentant. No apology, no explanation—just an awful, bizarre incident that marred what was supposed to be a fun day.
Now, the worst part of my visit wasn't just the disorganization—it was what happened when I was innocently trying to enjoy my time by playing Rust. For context, I’m a big fan of the game, and I’d hoped to spend some time on the farm kicking back and playing with a few friends. When I got there, I found a group of other visitors who were just as keen to dive into the game. Naturally, we all started playing together.
At first, everything seemed okay. We were all getting along, building a base, scavenging, and having a good time, when suddenly, something went terribly wrong. One of the people I had been playing with—someone who seemed perfectly friendly and cooperative—completely insided our base. We were in the middle of building what was supposed to be a stronghold when, without warning, they betrayed us.
They had been acting like they were helping us gather resources and defend our base, but while we were off hunting or gathering materials, they secretly sabotaged everything. They took everything we had worked for, stole all the loot, and even destroyed the foundation of our base. It was pure betrayal, and honestly, I didn’t even know how to react at first. It was like the farm had become this weird, hostile Rust server where the whole point wasn’t just to enjoy the game—it was to ruin other people’s fun.

- Hamsta112052Pembroke Pines, FL2 contributionsSuch a beautiful park! Right in the middle of Davie. Lots of areas to walk or hike, picnic areas, biking trails! We see cows, donkeys, all kinds of birds , hummingbirds, burrowing owls and butterflies there. There is a community garden there, lots of horseback riding. Today we actually saw FOUR cats there- I’m wondering if there’s a sanctuary or if they’re just cats that were dropped there. There is one cat that lives there near the historical home that’s there. All in all a beautiful park that we’ve been to a number of timesWritten October 27, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - JOHN GRochester, MN14 contributionsThis building is beautiful! Such stark contrast to the surrounding area which was full of resorts and shopping center. - NYC BoyNew York City, NY9 contributionsThere’s a lot to see at this property which includes the 100 year old schoolhouse and two early 20th century houses that have been moved to the site.

This was a champion series and we went to the first night only. There was a laid back feeling, everyone said hello or howdy. I liked that the people were of various backgrounds and all seemed equally friendly. Very clean restroom, big plus! The announcements were very loud and it was hard to know what was being said. If you are a regular rodeo-goer and you know a lot about it, give it an extra star because none of the seats are far. Price seemed fair.Written November 28, 2018This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
