- KimberlypTexas22 contributionsUphill start evens out to a fairly easy trail with wildlife like chipmunks and ducks. A couple of views of Dillon Reservoir, a stream, and the two small lakes make the trip more enjoyable.Written September 6, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Stephanie SFayetteville, NC118 contributionsWell maintained park space, jungle gyms for younger and older children, restrooms and covered picnic areas at both sites. - Marti c1 contributionThe swimming area was clean and fun for the whole family. The staff were friendly and the life guards were on point and focused on making sure all swimmers were safe and followed the rules! The activities were varied and provided new opportunities for all levels of swimming ability and ages.Written August 7, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - tmf7150Highland, IL1,095 contributionsWe stopped at the outlets. Lots of good stores. Following Covid rules. The set up is odd though with 3 separate areas instead of being in one larger space. You'd have to drive to each one. Still in the same vicinity but not continuous.Written August 28, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bob PSaint Paul, MN309 contributionsEasy stroll in a beautiful setting. With the Aspens turning it was great. Take caution in the morning as you may run into Moose. If you are looking for a stroll through town with some nice views, this is it!Written October 13, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - FRANCIS PColorado Springs, CO689 contributionsDecided to hike this trail with friends when visiting Breckenridge. It is 3 miles out and back made for hiking and biking. There is a small waterfall halfway up and the views on the top are super. Easy to moderate steady walk uphill. Don't miss if you want a nice hike in the area.Written July 19, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Mike G1 contributionI give the title because there's nothing extraordinary about my fitness, and the climb doesn't have any specific elements that cannot be accomplished. Now doing the totality of the climb? ...that's going to vary from person to person. It's definitely a lower body workout. I'm a 51 year old father joining up with my 25 year old son. Neither of us are experienced at real mountain trails/hikes, but are in adequate shape to take on the challenge. Left at 6:20am (to get a parking spot and cool temps). We tend to be Point A to Point B kind of people, but that works just fine in an uphill climb because nothing goes by too fast. The first section of wooded trails was a nice workout. We were longing to get to section 2...the boulder field. There are helpful cairns to guide you through 'best options' as you zigzag a little...but about half way up, we just opted for a straight-up climb. Only saw one mountain goat at the top of the boulder field (we thought to see a herd)...not sure if time of day has anything to do with that. We'd only been in the altitude of Silverthorne for a couple days, so that may have affected how we felt. The last section is essentially a rock meadow, but still a very uphill climb. We made it to the summit in 2 hours (including many pics and snack breaks along the way), stayed at the top for 25 minutes, and descended in 1 1/2 hours. Again, in the boulder field, we primarily opted for our own straight down path (saving some time, but putting ourselves in less secure footing quite often0. So for us, it was less than 4 hours (including 25 minutes at the top). Don't have much to compare it to in terms of other mountain climbing experiences...but for us, it was well worth it (and we're no worse for the wear). The views were as we had hoped.Written August 3, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- craiginsdPoway, CA198 contributionsTried a flight of four beers; a Czech Pilsner, an IPA, and two fruity options. The Czech beer should be very fragrant with Saaz hops, but it was just fairly good beer… unremarkable. The IPA also lacked the hop-forward elements it should have, and I should know being from San Diego. The tart and Watermelon Gose samples were actually very good, and if I came back, I’d concentrate on those options, which they seem to better understand.
Kid and dog friendly I should add, which is a big plus.Written August 14, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. A bit more expensive than most city TJMaxx, but that’s the high rockies for you-don’t expect city prices at any establishment when you’re in resort towns. It costs a lot of money just to ship things up here. The manager, Moana, was the best part. She was helpful to both customers and her staff helping the customers. She’s a winner.Written May 2, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dave BDillon, CO41 contributionsThere was a significant fire adjacent to parts of this trail in 2017. Rather than distracting from the beauty, the burned areas give another dimension to this hike. The fire was caused by careless people so it is an example of what can happen to those that build a fire and don't follow proper procedures.Written March 3, 2019This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
