Truly one of the best restaurants in the ValleyWritten February 19, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. What a treasure this building is. We heard the history and even had a performance on the 'little sister' wurlitzer organ. This tour was so professionally done and the docents were very personable and knowledgeable. Highly recommendedWritten January 8, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- scott rSilver Spring, MD701 contributionsSurprising number of folks turned out on a hot weekend afternoon - good for the till, detracts a little from the experience. No real opportunity to discuss in depth and tour guide has to work herding folk from room to room. Confined to carpets, picture taking suffers some too. Still an interesting preservation with some unique features, and modern for its era. 3rd floor is off limits (shame) but worth seeing you like this sort of thing which I do. Call it middle - upper middle class in scale, furnishings. Sadly, the rest of the 'historic' block is mostly given over to modern restaurants, but that pays the bills and preserves the structure.Written October 6, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - d0nnamaguireStaffordshire, UK5 contributionsWe came across this place by accident. But we’re so glad we did. Some really lovely memorials. Well worth a walk around. Very well tended area. - GastroEclecticoPhoenix, AZ803 contributionsExcellent, unique and funky, with portions eclectic and surreal, artistically macabre, occasionally sensuous, bodaciously Victorian, cool and hip, beatnik-ish and ultra-pop, gnarly and exceptional, exotic and mystifying, wickedly bizarre and melancholically entertaining – just a few thoughts that come to mind about this find. Frequent exhibitions are always worth the visit… cannot wait for my next drop-in! Well worth a visit, you’ll find it intriguing and amusing!Written March 10, 2017This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Diane BEdmonds, WA749 contributionsIt’s part of the entire Papago Park system and is close to Hole in the Wall. Take water as terrain easy but hot. It’s a tiled pyramid with Hunt and his wife. Beautiful scenery of park and Phoenix.Written October 30, 2021This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
