- Compass3710329 contributionsThis trip blew away our expectations!! Alaska was absolutely beautiful and we couldn’t have asked for better weather. Our guide, Cade Castle, was wonderful. He was so personable as well as knowledgeable. We all have adopted him and feel like we’ve made a lifelong friend. Yes it's expensive but well worth the thrill of the helicopter ride, magnificent scenery, sledding, interaction with the dogs, and glacier landing.
