What travelers are saying
- JiWon B2 contributionsWe booked our Apo Island trip through an Apo island local. The local people of Apo Island are preserving their sanctuary with considerate rules, pride, and respect towards their incredible nature. They are just so hospitable and lovely. They even had a protected(restricted) area just for the turtles to rest in peace. Our guide was trained by a dive master from Apo Island with 15 years of diving experiences. Time we spent there was just incredible.Written March 4, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Dan de PaduaMetro Manila, Philippines244 contributionsIt's much more than the husk of an old house or an Instagrammable background. There are stories worth listening to and lives worth imagining. Spend your time learning about Bacolod rather than taking the standard photos. Ask Mars questions and hope he answers with more than a joke.Written November 22, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Jesus UManila, Philippines31 contributionsA relaxing place to do early morning walk or jog. Feel the sea air in the morning with noises of birds near the Bethel Hotel area. A short walk along the breakwater to kick-start your day. A visit during the evening will provide you a taste for the local street foods and occasional programs during festivals.Written November 28, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. It used to be easy to go-to, now it's got too much shops around itWritten October 22, 2022This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Vida CPhilippines13 contributionsTruly off the beaten path but were glad that the road going there was okay (concrete) and easy. Upon arrival, you will need to pay Php 30 for the Entrance and Environmental fee. And taking 300 or more steep stair-steps is quite the adventure (especially on going back) Good for cardio exercise, though.
The challenge of reaching the Enchanting Falls is truly worth it. The falls overflows with enchantment and beauty. The water is clean, cool and refreshing. And the lush green environment sums up the paradise this place truly is.Written March 24, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
