He spoke excellent English and was incredibly knowledgeable about Manila and the Philippines in general. We learnt loads about the heritage and culture. He was fun, kind and considerate. This is such a great way to explore Manila and try all the amazing street foods that Binondo and Quiapo has to offer.Jen, our tour guide was knowleageable and taught us so much history, and she knew all the best places to get street foods and how to avoid the lines. We went to bars you would never find on your own, hidden away from the busy streets off the beaten track and Mari was super knowledgeable, telling tales of local history and the wider culture of the Philippines. As we wandered through Poblacion, Alex shared fascinating insights into Manila's history and fun facts about the city. It was a fantastic opportunity to see Manila from new perspectives. Alex was clearly well-prepared, informative, and deeply knowledgeable about Manila, enriching our dialogue throughout the tour.
