- wayne r4 contributionsWe had an incredible 3 days with captain Elena and her incredible cook/hostess Anzhelica! Fresh seafood is amazing, the boat is stocked with water toys, snorkeling equipment and 2 paddleboards. The water is crystal clear around the island reefs. Elena knows all of the good spots and made sure that we had a fantastic time.Written October 28, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Rebecca BWashington DC, DC9 contributionsAmazing experience. We were admittedly a little reluctant to take a trip on a boat called “f-in bueno” with 3 kids—ages 14, 9, and 3—but we just decided to call it “forkin bueno” and it was a blast. Every minute of the trip was incredible. We boarded the boat to a beautiful spread of fruit, nuts, veggies and hummus and even chocolate chip pancakes for the kids. The boat was super luxurious and huge — the pics don’t do it justice. Captain Elena took us everywhere we wanted to go including private islands, a Kuna village, and great snorkel spots. She even arranged a bonfire for us on the beach. We filled our days with amazing food, snorkeling, swimming, kayaking and even buying crafts from the local Kuna people both on the islands and the ones who came up to our boat. At night we had amazing meals from the fresh fish and crabs and lobster that Captain Elena bought for us. Then we went up to the top of the boat and gazed at the star filled sky. We all had the experience of a lifetime and I cannot recommend this enough. Also, Captain Elena’s communication was amazing. She answered all of my many questions in the two weeks before our trip and her knowledge of the local people is terrific. She took us on a personal tour of a Kuna Village and introduced us to some locals which was really enriching for the kids. Captain Elena and “Forkin Bueno” gave us an incredible trip in the beautiful San Blas islands. We loved the crew too, especially Tiana!Written February 25, 2020This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Sightseer205859253914 contributionsI recently sailed with Sailing Charter Panama, and I can't recommend them enough! If you’re thinking about exploring the San Blas Islands, they’re the perfect choice.
The experience was absolutely incredible—crystal-clear waters, stunning coral reefs, and some of the most beautiful, untouched beaches I’ve ever seen. The crew made the trip so enjoyable; they were super friendly and spoke fluent English, which made everything easy and comfortable.
The catamaran itself was spacious and luxurious, with air-conditioned cabins and even WiFi, so you could stay connected (if you wanted to!). The food onboard was another highlight—fresh seafood and gourmet meals every day, and they were happy to accommodate dietary requests.
What really stood out was how seamless the entire process was. They arranged our transport from the hotel, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing. It was such a stress-free and unique way to experience Panama, and I’d definitely book with them again. If you’re looking for a mix of adventure and relaxation, this is it!Written December 1, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. I’ve travelled 60+ countries and have never ever experienced anything as unstructured, uncoordinated and non-communicated like this. Which also came with a premium price tag.
We had a 5day/4 night trip to different islands and at no point did we know what was going to happen. From the very beginning of the journey we had 5-6 people around us telling us different things. “I am your guide”, “ no, sorry, this man is your guide”. Guide then jumps off boat before departing. The captain didn’t even know which island we were supposed to go to… later we had a day trip and the engine broke, so we were left alone on a random island. After an hour We asked the island manager for help and it turned out that the operator forgot we were stuck. It was the island people, not the operator, that finally helped us reaching our destination before sunset. We were also promised a community visit but that never happened. And the cars had no safety belts and with reckless drivers balancing narrow mountain roads while looking at the phone. Complete unsafe! Everytime we tried to asked somebody when we will be transferred, no one knew. And when returning back, the driver was mere than 1 hour late so we were left at the harbour alone without anyone telling us what to expect. Lack of communication in general was outrageous. Stay away from Viajes San Blas!Written February 15, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
